The property was conveniently located. I really liked the small cafe like feel of the lobby. The room was comfortable but a little worn. And most of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Only one of them was gone for an extended lunch break when it was supposed to be check in time.

Like: - Location: Super close to Le Marais and Bastille. - Quiet at night: Good sleep - Safety: Safe neighborhood - Convenience: Monoprix in the same building, Cafe and Braserie nearby - Free coffee, snacks 24/7 by lobby - Elevator: Small but functioning - AC: Perfect for hot summer weather - Small but terrace on the 7th floor with Eiffel Tower view Dislike - Small bedroom: Cant expect much in Paris however it is functioning - Carpeted floor: Bring slippers - No safe lock in the room

Per title, great location close to everything a tourist would want. The only negative experience was that I stayed in room 1 on my very first night at the hotel. Room 1 is the room literally right next to reception, and the sound proofing is non existent so you hear everything. Every other room is fine as they are on different floors.

This hotel is near two busy metro lines, including the three "Gares" which are major hubs for the RER and TGV lines. There are many perks: shared umbrellas at the lobby, pocket wifi for rent, and access to happy hour events across the city in other Happy Culture hotels. The only criticism I have is some things were broken or loose in our room: toilet seat, toilet paper holder, shower glass, desk lamp. Best restaurants for the money were just across the street in St Catherine's Square: Les Bougresses (laid back and great food) and BDJ Cafe (no frills, just good food).

This hotel is not too far away from train and metro Station by walk. Room and elevator very small. Staff very frendlly. Not suitable for family as i think.
