2nd time at this hotel. Good location close to Cadet station, metro line 7: which is direct to the Louvre. Staff helpful and friendly. Free afternoon snack a plus. Comfy rooms, with USB charging on the rooms for your devices.
The hotel is great has wonderful location and the staff is amazing
The heat didn't work at all (towel warmer none, room radiator none, airconditioner only made room colder), used the hair dryer to warm up, Nice bathroom, no bed cover, great view from balcony, quiet street, plenty of storage, second best breakfast (buffet had no meats, included with room) from the total of 4 hotels, avoid walking East to subway station try either the North or South, got the room way before checkin time, leave before 10am.
The ultimate Paris experience in the Opera area. Spacious rooms with high-tech finishes. Competent agreeable staff.
Decent hotel. Near metro. No coffee available in the room tho.
Hotel under renovation so not its best look. The room was TINY. Had to put leg over toilet to close door to bathroom. When checked in girl asked us if we wanted and extra curricular activity tickets. We said we were looking for Big Red Bus. She said they offered them. We were charged for 2 people 2 day passes. Once we finally found the station(which WASNT big red bus) we were informed we only had 1 person ticket so we had to buy a second ticket. I really did think it was an honest mistake. Once we got back to the hotel and explained to her she said they would refund one of the tickets by our check out date. On Tuesday upon check out i asked the girl that checked us out on the status of our situation. She stated she was new and didnt know what to do and that the girl who checked us in was no longer working for the hotel. She finally ended up calling someone who stated they would do a paypal payment by the end of that day. It has now been 4 days later and i have gotten 0 emails, calls or payment. So i strongly suggest another hotel or not buying any tickets here. If i get a solution i will gladly update on this.
Horrible experience. Old, dirty, noisy, small, not even a one star hotel, is a scam and is also Orbitz fault because they need to verify the information about the hotel.
They are doing some renovations, so I imagine things will be a little better once that's finished. We stayed three nights, and slept well each night despite some street noise. The air conditioning was effective, which was fortunate as the days got quite hot. There is an elevator, but we tended to use the stairs. We didn't like the decor, and both the door to the room and the door to the bathroom tended to scrape on the floor. We had booked a family room, which meant that there were two twin beds and a sleep sofa. The sleep sofa was not uncomfortable, but I did feel as though I had to resist rolling to the center. The shower was prone to spraying water on the floor if we weren't careful. The shower head was at about chest height (but one could use it hand-held to wash one's hair, for example). There were no towel racks in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was decent (croissants, chocolate croissants, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt, cereals), but they tended to run out of orange juice.

Dear customer, we are sorry to read your comments - a bit unfair. As this was resolved as soon as we have checked the situation with the tour bus company. As you can imagine, to refund a person needs necessarily steps to control and check. We hope to see you soon again.
