Loved everything about this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, Every comfort. Well situated . Will definitely stay there again. Tea and coffee makers in room as well as free snacks. Great breakfast. What s not to like?

We loved our stay here! Hotel was modern, clean, mini fridge was re stocked everyday and the view from our room was lovely! The hotel itself was located within walking distance to attractions, or close by to metro stations/bus stops, and was surrounded by shops and bars, cafe’s and restaurants. All the staff were super friendly, especially Marilou who helped us figure out the metro lines, and book our transport back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone :)

Stayed at Hotel Augustin for 1 week to attend a conference at Palais des congrès. This boutique 3-star hotel has a quirky interior design, although my room (standard single room) was quite small and the window essentially faced a brick wall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around Paris, being within a 5-10 minute walk to several Métro stations. The continental breakfast buffet was good and the complimentary soft drink minibar was very convenient.

Stayed three nights. Hotel looks exactly as pictures on websites. Free softdrinka in minibar and free snacks and drinks in the lobby. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. 10 minute walk to a lot of buses and metrolines.

We took a "superior twin room" and it was perfect: a lot of space, clean, comfortable and quiet (our room overlooked a inner courtyard). Thus should you want to have a city view, you should ask for it;) We arrived quite early around 9:30 to the hotel, but hopefully they could already provide us the room. The hotel is ideally located with all transport facilities ;)

I went there last December right after Christmas. I stayed for 3 nights... the Hotel was amazing, great location, 5 minutes walking to the Metro station, the front office team were very welcoming & helpful... the rooms were a bit small but very modern & have everything you need. The breakfast was great, the buffet bar is open 24/7. Had a great stay...

I stayed in Paris for 3 nights. I looked at the airbnb options but although they were slightly cheaper, the extra cost for Hotel Augustin for the amenities such as breakfast, open bar, snack bar and elevator made the extra cost justifiable. I'm so glad I made this choice! As soon as I checked in to Hotel Augustin everything was perfect from start to finish. I stayed in the single room, I knew well in advanced that this was a tiny room and after staying in suites during my travels, I wondered how the single room would be. I stayed in room 402 and was pleasantly surprised when I went into my room and found it to be adorable, cozy and there was a double bed! Since I had been traveling prior, I had a big luggage and I was able to put it down on the floor, open it and move it to the side with no problems. There was very little room to move around but it was really perfect as the base for Paris. I wouldn't have mind staying a bit longer in the room. The maid did an excellent job of keeping my room clean. There were plenty of outlets, even 2 usb ports so you may not even need an adapter. There was a safe in the room but it was placed a bit high (I'm short). Although I did not really have a view (I just saw the other building), it was very nice to keep the window open for the breeze but it was noisy! I felt like it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more surface space (maybe a shelf) but the room was efficiently decorated. The open bar was great and the water they offered was Evian. I wished they gave a larger bottle of water (even of another brand). The snack bar was great and I was able to skip lunch a couple of times because of the snack bar. I really enjoyed the pie they had there one day. Breakfast was great, a bit of everything. It was a couple of notches above a continental breakfast. They gave you coffee in your own carafe and the serving staff were wonderful. The breakfast room was a great place to rest after coming back from walking around and having a snack and drink. The hotel was in a very central location and I walked everywhere. There was a monoprix nearby and lots of cheap food options. They have a room service menu that I thought was pretty fair. Although I did opt for UberEats on the night I was too tired to go out and it was delivered with no problems. I knew that getting a shuttle to the airport in Paris is not the best choice, I decided to take a risk anyways and book a shuttle through the hotel. The overnight staff was very nice, he kept watch for me for when the shuttle arrived. The shuttle was fine. They do fill up the shuttle so give yourself a little bit more time just in case. I got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Overall, I had an amazing stay at Hotel Augustin. I loved the accommodations and the staff were excellent. I hope to stay there again.

This is a great boutique hotel in a lovely area to base yourself in. The reception team speak excellent English, there is buffet bar open for snacks from early afternoon to early morning (you can use this facility at other hotels in this group across Paris too). Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the metro (Gard du Nord is one change and about 20 minutes away) and there is a cashpoint and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we stay in Paris.

I felt the staff were very welcoming and really cared about providing a friendly experience. The breakfast room has soft drinks and light snacks during the day so it is a great place to recuperate from a busy day or meet with colleagues. The rooms are all small but clean and it is a very good option if you are watching your costs in Paris! The neighborhoid is safe and central.

In dhe best place to visit Paris. Clean and comfortable Nice breakfast and good communication. I love that place. I stayed in this hotel from 21st October for 2 nights .Don't forget restaurant in the corner is called Tuk tuk Japanese food I love it
