Staff was amazing, especially Claudia. Very helpful. Nice breakfast, but coffee/tea snacks available all day in breakfast room. We also wanted to visit with some relatives and brough a bottle of wine and some cheese into the breakfast room. Staff provided wine glasses and it was all very nice. Room was a little small, but clean, and given the prices, probably appropriate.
Everything associated with this hotel was smooth and easy. We got checked in early. There were free non-alcoholic beverages in the room, and snacks available in the breakfast room in the afternoon. The staff at checkin provided a map of things we could walk to as the metro was on strike. The room was cheerful and modern (loved the subtle yellow!). Breakfast is a simple offering of breads, cereals and the like, but again the service was stellar. Fresh coffee or tea based on your needs. I would stay here again if I was in Paris.
It’s a cute hotel. I loved it, but access from airport is not easy with a public transportation. Take a cab, it costs 50 euros. Still nice walk to Louvre, shopping district.
