15 minute walk to Gare Montparnasse train station, many restaurants and stores nearby and a very inexpensive hotel for Paris. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is basic, but usually included. Wifi is free and there's coffee in the lobby. The bathrooms are exceptionally large for Paris hotels, and the rooms are reasonably large in that context.

Friendly, convenient small hotel about a ten minute walk from Alesia Metro station. It was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is situated within walking distance of many bars and restaurants and a short metro ride away from all the main attractions of Paris. We would definitely use this hotel again.

I booked a room via for the night of 21st June 2016 since I remained positively impressed by the photos on Once checked-in I got a very small room at the rooftop of that old building with a small window and no air conditioning. In the room there were more than 40 degrees that night. No slept at all. The room was dusty, the chair in the room had spare hairs on it. Common areas (corridors, stairs ) have old and dirty carpet, no air because windows were totally closed, lift dirty. There was no care also in the small lounge. This hotel declares 3 stars though actually it should have 2 at least. I paid €170 for one night without breakfast. Too much for such kind of place. I do not recommend it to travelers. I told at the reception, and to as well, that it is not correct to publish pictures which do not correspond to reality.

We stayed in hotel for 6 nights from 17th to 23rd june 2017. Booked 1 triple and 1 double room. The triple room was a little small for 3 persons, and double room was good in size. There is no air conditioning in rooms neither there are good table fan in rooms so the rooms become suffocating and warm, when the temperature is above 30 degrees. I suggest the hotel to do something for this as the fans provided by them are not much effective. The staff is nice ,helpful and good. The breakfast area is small, only 4 tables with 4 sitting each. If more guest come for breakfast, they have to take their breakfast to their room or lobby above. I suggest the hotel to increase the breakfast space if possible. Overall a nice hotel to stay in Paris.

We stayed for one night in a very warm spell. The room was very hot and could not be adequately ventilated without the fan (provided) on full power. The shower room was very nice and modern. The breakfast was meagre and we were put off by the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from an open doorway.

friendly staff; good location next to splendid restaurants and 10-15min to several metro lines; breakfast was rather poor and the breakfast room is much too small to fit all guests! rooms are very clean and bathroom is spacious (for Paris); no window sheds and rather light curtains - so quite bright early in the morning; quiet street - no through traffic.

MindenTökéletes volt! Feledhetelen 4 napot töltöttünk Párizsban ! A Hotel SUPER! Mindenki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt ! Perfect HOTEL! Nice and clean rooms . Everybody was very very friendly ! We will come back soon ! Many Thanks !

Great three star hotel in a wonderfully quite suburban location close to Metro, restaurants, and Paris attractions. The staff (Pierre) and the gentleman who takes care of the breakfast buffet are a real credit to the hotel. We look forward to returning in the future.

I've stayed single and wife my wife several times. It's conveniently located for our Paris visit. The staff is very nice, the rooms and facilities are clean and well-kept. Nice bathrooms and water temperature and pressure, not always the case in cities like Paris.

Unfortuantely when I stated there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms, especially from the water pipes - and some guests do shower at night... The staff is very friendly though, and speak english well.
