This is a great base for exploring Paris on foot, only a short walk from the L'arc Dr Triomphe and the Champs Elysees ,with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Just returned from a 2 night stay here with family, booked through Easyjet. Friendly and helpful receptionist, who made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and bigger than others we have stayed in in central Paris. It was very quiet at night despite central location. The only negative was the very small breakfast room, as it couldn't accommodate all guests at once. Would certainly stay here again, fantastic stay in a fantastic city
Perfect location right near the Arc De Triomphe - the rooms were small but adequate - was a bit odd having the sink in the main room and not the bathroom - great shower - helpful staff - would recommend
This hotel has it all. Fabulous location spacious rooms and fantastic staff. Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and son. Room ideal for a family with a teenager as slightly portioned room. Staff just the best nothing too much trouble including printing our Disney tickets! Location ideal with excellent bars and restaurants nearby or access to all other areas by metro. We will be back !
Well professional friendly and helpful staff with neat and clean rooms . However due to old building structure room size but smaller for family traveling with children . Breakfast was ok . Location really great to stay to explore city . Metro station easily accessible less than 200 mtr and taxi easily available outside hotel.
I was in Paris for 2 back-to-back business weeks with a long-weekend vacation in between, so I spent 2 full weeks in the Hotel Arc de Triomphe Etoile. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, so it is very convenient to getting places in Paris. But it is also half a block off the main road so it is plenty quiet at night. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. I do speak reasonably good French, which they kindly let me practice, but the front desk folks spoke English better than I speak French, so when I needed to talk about anything that got too complicated, we could switch to English with no issues. I didn't try to talk to the breakfast staff in English, so I don't know about that. :-). Incidentally, breakfast was nice - a fairly typical European hotel breakfast buffet (which I love). It included hard boiled eggs plus fresh eggs with a water bath to boil to desired level, breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, fruit and yogurt, coffee, juice, and cereals. My room was a double occupancy (queen bed) room with plenty of space. I was in the room by myself for part of the time, but my husband came for the long weekend in the middle and my sister visited at the end, and it was spacious enough for sharing in both cases. The bed was comfortable as well. Though not a "problem", the only thing it lacked was a chest of drawers. There were several shelves in cabinets, which worked for me even though they were high up, but a set of drawers would have been a nice addition, especially because of the length of my stay. Overall, I had a great experience here and would happily return. I sincerely recommend this hotel to others for business or pleasure.
Very Good mattresses. The best pillows I have had in a while. The tiniest lift I can remember being in. Really good shower and bathroom facilities, although wash basin is in the room. One downside - there was a wall hung cupboard right by the bed in our room. You must take care not to crack your skull, as I did.
We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights and we have had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, there you also have the metro station. Perfect when you don't feel like walking too far. The staff was so kind and made us feel right at home. When we come back to Paris we will definetly stay here again!!
Absoluty excellent Design City hotel. We were quite pleased with our stay at the Hotel . The staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect for our needs, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect Thank you for the pleasant stay, would choose this hotel again if staying in Paris
Great little hotel, clean, clean bedding, clean towels, clean bathroom, all you can ask for in a city hotel with a great location and good value for money and lovely friendly staff! Defiantly recommend!
this hotel is so close to the arc de Triomphe, 2 min walk or so. plenty of bars/ restaurants/ supermarkets near by. also not far from Eiffel tower, took us about half hour or so walking rooms were modern, clean, comfortable - bathroom door is a sliding door wasn't a problem but would have preferred a normal door beautiful old building - reception staff were friendly and helpful, good wifi
