The hotel is located 10 min away by car from Disneyland which makes it very convenient when you are planning on going to the park and don't want to stay in one of the super expensive hotels. The rooms are small but cozy and have a nice decoration. Unfortunately, they are a bit noisy. It also has free parking which makes it very convenient. The one people the hotel were very nice and helpful even when we arrived around 1am. I totally recommend staying here!

I was supposed to be staying in Marnes-la-Valle with a "friend" who is actually a huge turd. Got that off my chest. Bottom line: had to find a place last minute. Well, this Auberge (inn) was very nice in every way. It's out of town so you need a car. Bus service is pleasant and reliable, however. Take the #46 from Val-d'Europe to the address of the hotel. The front desk staff was outstanding, especially Saide who I told I would mention! When I went to my room I found it small, asked for a free upgrade and got it! My room was very clean and comfortable: bathroom beautiful. If you speak French in the evening visit the Bar/Tabac across the street. Very friendly locals and the VN couple that owns the place are delightful. Say HI to the nice lady that gave me bunches of free snacks, and the man who was in the army. Tell him the colonel said HI. The restaurant in the auberge was wonderful, and their breakfast great. Suggestions: keep the floor cleaner near the coffee maker. Put mirrors (long and narrow-maybe the kind that take off 20 pounds) in the rooms. You can attach them to the closet doors. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. But just 10 euros, not 33 like the Paris-CDG Hilton.

Stayed here for a few days with the family recently. Oh my word what amazing Hotel. The photographs do not do it justice. It has been updated to such a high quality and if this Hotel was in the City the prices would be through the roof that’s for sure. It was well suited for our visit to the City and to Disneyland. The beds were so cozy they cuddled you when you got in them. I’m a fussy sleeper but no complaints from me at all. Breakfast had a great selection of foods, very french as expected. The bread was the nicest I had in any hotel👍🏼 The water temperature was perfect and the shower was like the nature falling on your skin 👍🏼👍🏼 Parking was easy and free and is attached to the hotel. Enjoy xx

The room was pretty, spacious and the bathroom was brand new. There was a lift to use to the upper floors. The only disappointment was that our air conditioner was set to cool even though it was quite chilly outside. Even after requesting a few times, it was still too chilly for our baby. We were told that this is not cold for the French which I felt was quite rude considering you will have people from all over the world being near Paris. Maybe it was just miscommunication.

The Hotel was very nice, and the staff friendly and helpfull. The room was very spacious and nice decorated. The restaurant offered good food, but not really ideal for children. The price of the restaurant was on the upper end, but the food was well worth it. Just across the street is a little grocerystore to buy things. Only the breakfast was for my opionion to much with EUR 15,--/Person.

Bottom line: We (2 adults/2 children) will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly suggest against it, for several reasons. Newly renovated 31 room sole proprietorship hotel and opened for only 1 month, as Apr 1, 2017. Much to sort out to include hot water heater and WIFI access. Regretfully spent 2 nights. First night, although the room & bath was newly renovated and very well done, the room was very-very tiny for the price ($99 w/o breakfast), compared to Ibis Hotel on the train station (approx same price including a complete breakfast w/ egg, meats, cheese, breads, juice, cappuccino machine). Second night we upgraded to a larger room for added $10 w/ breakfast included. The breakfast is nothing to talk about, although they have a nice coffee machine. PROBLEM: Hot bath water was not working the night prior, nor in the morning. At check-out, I asked other guests and no one else had hot water as well. We spent the 2nd day walking around Disney Paris, in the rain w/o having a morning bath. Not feeling refreshed. The plan was to drive 5 hrs to Frankfurt after Disney, but we felt exhausted and sticky from the day. Drove 10 mins back to the hotel around 9pm, to ask for a complimentary room, since the water heater was out that morning. Once at the hotel we explained to the owner/operator (Mr. Didier Leopold) that we were very disappointed about the no hot water situation in the morning and requested a comp room for the night. He said the water heater was just reset a few hours ago and there may not be hot water for another 3-4 hrs (after 1am). He offered us a rate of 75 euro w/o breakfast, under the circumstances. I said, "you still have no hot water and you want 75 euro?" I was adamant about a comp room. He wouldn't budge by even 1 euro. I was absolutely appalled. He could have asked for enough just to cover maid service, considering the 4 of us hadn't showered since the morning of the day prior. I voiced my disappointment in his lack of professionalism and understanding customer service. We've stayed at plenty hotels in France. These issues had nothing to do with the owner being French. Just no sense of customer service!
