Great spot to visit the most important sites in Paris. Apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants but not touristy. Felt very safe being out at night.

Wonderful apartment with a view of Sacré Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower from a back bedroom. Great layout and full kitchen. Located on top of a grocery store and near a great bakery so it makes living there easy.

Our family loved staying here! It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants right there, and a supermarket literally next door, which was so convenient! Easy to walk to Metro and the sites.We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were met by the property representative, who was very helpful and friendly. She contacted us earlier in the day, and we kept in communication with each other until our arrival. We paid the fee for Sunday check-in at that time, as well as the Clarins vanity pack with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion. She also left us with a bag that contained dishwasher soap, some laundry sheets for the laundry, kitchen sponges and towels, and a couple extra garbage bags.One thing to note, the kitchen and bathroom sinks do not have any soap, so you will need to buy those yourself, as well as any kleenex, paper towels, napkins. But again, the supermarket right next door was very convenient for buying any necessities.The apartment is beautifully decorated. Love the large kitchen table with the comfortable chairs for gathering around to play cards or do work on our laptops. The couch is very comfortable. Smart TV worked well. Very convenient to have the washer/drying machine. Windows have room darkening blinds that are controlled electronically. You can adjust the temperature in the bedrooms as needed. Two toilets and two showers in the unit, which is great.Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much to the hosts!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Stylish contemporary apartment - excellent base for our Paris stay!

Wonderful apartment, aesthetically pleasing contemporary style, a mix of Western and Asian decor. Lively area of town, easy to walk to - so many great cafes, shops, etc, and close to metro. AMENITIES: Washer/dryer, good linens and towels, Clarins bathroom products, good closet and drawer storage, shoe rack as one enters, comfortable couch, good size tv, dining table with 6 chairs, nice deck with great view. 3 “bathrooms" ie 1 full + 1 shower & sink + 1 toilet. Toto brand toilets w/ bidet function and more/less water flush options. AC units in each room - worked very well. black out window screens + sheer curtains. 7th floor, nice and quiet. good wifi. quick elevator. Good fridge with ice and cold water dispenser (some sentiment in it - due to lack of use?) Super market next door. We didn’t do any cooking, so can't comment on kitchen. SUGGESTIONS: Lighting was VERY BRIGHT - some lower light options would be good. Pillows could be softer. How about a discounted rate for multi-week stay? MANAGEMENT: Prompt and helpful responses from agency to all our questions. Able to communicate by text/phone with rep (Romain) assigned to get us settled in, he coordinated for our earlier than expected arrival. Friendly and welcoming housekeeper (Haddou). RECOMMENDATION: We went on the "Haunted Paris Tour” that begins about a 20 min walk from the apartment and finishes up right nearby. Super knowledgable guide (Matt) told fascinating stories about history of this neighborhood.
