El baño tenía un olor muy horrible, eo depto no tiene ventana, ni una ventilación. La ubicación es inmejorable pero para mi gusto el olor del baño y de la propiedad le quita muchos puntos a todo lo bueno que tiene el departamento

A FUIR : odeur d'égout dans l'appartement, rien pour ranger les vêtement et suspendre les chemises, sommier cassé à mon arrivée, et réparé par le loueur suite à mes appels 2 jours après avec une cale et donc très mal dormi pendant 2 jours..., pas réussi à allumer un radiateur sur les 2, fils apparents pour un des radiateurs, fenêtre en pavés de verre donnant sur le couloir et sans rideaux donc réveillé à chaque fois que quelqu'un passe avec la lumière du couloir, mur décrépi.très déçu de cette location qui n'est pas digne de figurer chez Abritelaucuns dédommagements ne m'a été proposé suite à cette très mauvaise expérience, alors que mes différents messages ont bien indiqué les problèmes principaux du loueur, qui, soit dit en passant est "un professionnel"(URBAN FLAT IN PARIS)
