highly recommended: Friendly staff, nice room baut a bit small, very kind service, very helpful, free coffee or tee in a nice living room, very good METRO connection, close to gare d l Est. very good wine offer
We were leaving the next day out of Gard du Est, and came in on the train from the airport to Gard du Nord. This hotel was a quik walk down the street. It did not disappoint. The receptionists were very helpful upon arrival. Take advantage of the sauna and the massage unit downstairs. After hurdling luggage and travel a nice treat! The breakfast was really good!
We pre-booked a single night at Hotel Mademoiselle as an extension of our visit because the original location didn't have that night. However, the original didn't work out so we also booked the 4 other nights at the last minute (actually on the way to the hotel!). From the moment we booked to the time we left, the staff was not only always available to accommodate but offered solutions and suggestions. For example, since we booked at last minute, we would have had to move twice during our stay because there wasn't a single room for the entire time. They shifted other reservations (without inconvenience to other guests), had us wait a couple extra hours to check in and gave us one room for the entire time. They also offered complimentary coffee and snacks while we waited. Since this was our first visit to Paris, we had many questions and requests. Every staff member from the front desk to housekeeping was pleasant, patient and always helpful. Sandra (front-end) worked out the room and gave us suggestions for food, galleries and markets. Celina, also front-end, was very pleasant, attentive, informative and helpful! We aren't exactly sure what Anthony's title is because he was always assisting us with so many different things :) ... He made sure that we were always attended to and lacked for nothing. Antoine worked the front-end at night (along with Laura), helped us through a Wi-Fi issue and offered suggestions for restaurants in the area (accurate by the way!). Last but not least, Gamini served and assisted us for our breakfasts. His recommendations were spot on! When we return to Paris, we intend to stay here again. Well worth it and conveniently located near the train stations!
We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast well worth getting up for each day. Th staff were fantastic and more than happy to help with any questions we had. It was a 5 minute walk to one of the main train stations which connected us to everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again,
We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and think that it is great. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts are simply outstanding. The staff, despite the fact that they seem to change all the time, are very helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable. It is not located in the most attractive part of Paris, but if it was, it would cost significantly more. More importantly, it is well placed to explore the city, We will be back and would recommend it.
Couldn't have chosen a better hotel! I've read that this hotel is far from Paris main attractions. I've found it to be quite accessible to hop on hop off tours, Paris transit which is the easiest I've ever used. Less than 5 min walk if you are intending on visiting Netherlands, london ect. Great bar and convenience store located on same block. It's quite affordable, great breakfast, complimentary sauna/steam access (**you need to reserve, but easy to do so**), no extra fees other than city tax at time of checkout, TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, they really go above and beyond to accomodate consumers. 🤗 excellent multi lingual staff pleasant demeanor over the phone and in person. Makes me want to return to Paris even sooner. Thank you for helping to make my French Experience so pleasurable/rememberable!
The hotel was cozy and the staff was polite, however they were confused when asked about vegetarian options. It is location at a walking distance from gare du nord and no issues travelling. Also u can find departmental stores just beneath the hotel.
We stayed here a while ago but didn't have time to write review. Hotel is located very close to the Gare du Nord train station (<500m). In fact we walked to the station on the way back, we travel light. On the way to the hotel a taxi driver tried to rip us off by driving us long way around, Watch out! The hotel was very pretty inside with French kind of character. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the customer service at reception very good and very helpful. The only drawback is that the neighbourhood & streets around the hotel are dirty. Overall we would stay there again.
Hotel Mademoiselle is well situated near to Metro and bus routes. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. For a small hotel the breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice. The hotel recommended a local restaurant which gave us 10% discount. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel.
Chose the his hotel primarily for its proximity to the Gare du Nord. Stayed there for two nights and proved a good choice. Rooms are not that big but more than adequate for a short stay. Although in a busy area it was very quiet as our room overlooked the inner courtyard. A plus point is that there is a lounge which we used to chill on our final day before going to the station. Breakfast good value
