We arrived to Panamá and choice that hotel but the people is working there have no idea to how to sastified to the tourist.

The hotel is very beautifull, and the rooms are luxury, but the bathrooms, in especial the shower are very old, they have to renew bathrooms accesories. Thanks...

Friendly staff, family atmosphere and good restaurant.

Shower is bad....glass ceiling to floor glass windows don't look safe...would hate to fall into them...paper thin glass at 18 floors high!!!! Pillows are ridiculously tiny and thin.....room needs total refurbishing....too old....bathroom not clean....no water except for 1 bottle at $4 USD !!! But, the breakfast was really great!!

The location is great, close to quite a few things and has a great view. Hotel food was good as well, but at times the staff seemed a bit harsh, don't know why. But overall good stay. Some of the hotel features will tell is a bit outdated but it does the trick.

Nice hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Very helpful with directions. Valet. Free parking. Very close to main attractions: the canal in Miraflores, the churches in Casco Viejo, and the ferry to Isla Taboga. Fantastic breakfast (included in your reservation) they have a lady that will prepare the eggs to your taste. They also serve lunch and dinner. Nice quiet pool with good service from the bar. Room service was good (limited menu) but good enough for those times when you don't want to go down stairs or late at night. They have limited hours. I noticed that you can also order from other restaurants and businesses in the area. Regarding Isla Taboga: Nice boat ride, an island like many you might have seen, plenty of umbrellas and chairs provided for a service fee by the locals, nice and ample beach, TERRIBLE OCEAN!!! The DIRTIEST water I have ever seen. We did not go past 3 feet. Trash, oil, noise (freightliners, ferries, commercial, etc.) Instead of Isla Taboga you might want to go Isla Grande. There is a caveat. This island is in Colon which is about two hours ride. We were very glad that we took the time to go to that island. The CLEAREST and CLEANEST water I have ever seen. I rate this waters above Cancun's and the waters of South beach. There is a hut that serves a very decent menu including breakfast. We had the Corvina and a delicious seafood soup. ONLY 1 salesperson (Leopoldo) approached us!! In Colon you will find the Free trade zone. Did not visit. Can't comment.

It is a older hotel, but the staff goes out of their way to make everything work

We stayed here on our way back to Tocumen Airport from Bocas. The room was nice with cold A/C. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

I stayed three nights in Plaza Paitilla for the last three nights of my trip. The room was 1 scale up of average. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting a better room condition, e.g. the bed was very soft and with a medium frame like mine of 170Lbs. I felt to sink on one side, not sure if all rooms have the same type of bed. Since my view was to a construction of a huge building right across, I had to close the heavy drapers for privacy from construction workers; the drapers were very stained and the room and carpet smelled of humility a bit but not overwhelmingly. When I asked to change they said they did not have any other room; so I stayed since most of my activities where outdoors. I loved the "Cinta Costera" for jogging and walking.

A wonderful centrally located hotel. The staff are knowledgeable, polite, attentive and very helpful. The price per day was excellent and the accommodations were commensurate to our needs.

Perfect location Excelente view Friendly staff Offers touring trips to different places Souvenir store Delicious buffet breakfast

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was spacious with a great view of the bay. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower divine! A great location across the street from the mall & 20 min from the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel staff was very peaceful and asked all the time for room services . I asked for a.change of room it was faster and painless.

We found this hotel on the spur of the moment. The breakfast was good. There is not much available nearby. The lights on the top of the hotel are pretty.

This is a round building about 20 levels hight that when build was state of the art. Over time it has been surrounded by taller and more modern apartment blocks. Some of these are pretty close you can see on to their decks. At some point it will most likely be replaced by a taller, smarter building. It has a good location at the end of the newish promenade - great for an evening walk, run or watching the sun set. Also very close to one of the reasonable indoor shopping centres with bank and drug store. Recommended.

They gave us a room on a top floor and we had fantastic views of Panama City. The hotel was a really good deal. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond what I have normally experienced. Comfortable bed. Free cocktail at check in (limited to the mysterious rum drink but still free). Downtown location right next to metroplex mall and Hard Rock. Nice, safe area. A bit of a boring area in my opinion, but easy to get a taxi anywhere from there. Overall loved Plaza Paitilla (especially at the price i paid of $80) and recommend it.

It is an old hotel but it is greatly located near shopping mall and cinta costera

it has an excelent location near to the Panama's most great malls and the banking area . Staff is very friendly . It's the perfect choise for families and executives .

no good , no front desk answer the phone . no body at the lobby at night time,

unkindly at check in, the regular room cleaning, the sevice of waiters at breakfast very bad your attention, disorganized and do not give good customer service, I would not return to this hotel, I had visited before but I think the service has deteriorated significantly.they were surprised with our reservation
