The location is great, with shops and restaurants nearby. Everything is within an easy walk, even the fish market. The place was clean with air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is really nice, though we didn't use it. (The ice cube trays were empty, so check when you arrive). On the down side, me and a colleague from South America chose this location for 3.5 days of intense meetings during the day. The wi-fi did not work at all on the first day; this prevented our Zoom meetings with US colleagues. I wrote the property manager several times for updates, but he kept saying he was working on it.The shower does not produce hot water and bathroom door handle fell off.The street is loud, with a rooftop bar across the street and a pizza joint that plays loud music all day and night from a speaker located outside on the sidewalk. On Friday, the area was loud until 4:00 a.m.The location is difficult to find, as street name is missing, and there is no exterior building number. My colleague's taxi spent 30 minutes trying to find the place.The code I received from the building owner the day before arrival was for the outside keypad. You need another code (a second email) to get into the lockbox to retrieve your key. If you don't have wifi, go to a nearby cafe to retrieve the email and this second code.The manager didn't use WhatsApp, tho I sent an invitation to connect.Not a great mattress, no hangars in the master closet, but the place looks nice and is convenient!
