The condo had tile floor throughout but there was no vacuum only a broom to get the sand up for week. The couch was probably 30 yers old and the cushions literally sank down below the wood frame. It was a pullout that we were depending to sleep on but the pullout was broken and the mattress was tore up. Most of the communication with rental company was good but I was told someone would try to come change out mattress for couch and that never happened. Unfortunately I feel that we will never stay here again. Location was great.

We arrived at 4 with a dirty room. Did not get in our room until 6:30. Our TVs and internet did not work. We had no arm bands besides 1 for the pool and should have had 7. I called the panhandle people and they were no help.
