The room was amazing with great views! Well decorated and had everything we needed. We were not as happy with the building and some of the staff were rude about rules. 2 of the 4 elevators are being installed and I heard not ready until june or after so be prepared to wait a long time. 1 of the hot tubs is broke waiting on parts so a ton of us were packed into one because it was cold on the beach. Parking is good. Beach access is great with cubbies for shoes and several places to rinse off. Very strict about drinks not being near the pool or hot tub. Overall I would recommend compared to other places we've stayed.

Wonderful Week

The condo was really everything we needed and wanted for a relaxing week in PCB. Proximity to the beach was amazing and plenty of yummy walkable restaurant in the area. If we return to PCB we will definitely look at Sunrise Beach again!

Sunrise is always great, and 1507 was nicely furnished and clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and most importantly (in my opinion) had good, comfortable patio furniture!

Sunrise Beach 1507 Sept.12-19, 2024

We’ve been to PCB several times and this was the second time at Sunrise Beach and by far the best. The condo is very tastefully decorated and is located close to some of our favorite restaurants. Pool grounds are excellent as we enjoy seeing the Gulf from the pool when not at the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great spacious beach vacation.

Much needed vacation

We had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo was clean and we loved the layout and décor. We liked the convenience of Pier Park with shopping and restaurants. Our favorite place to eat is Captain Anderson's. Thanks Amber for all your help and we will definitely be back and will tell others how pleased we were with the condo.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our timing wasn’t great (the water was closed the entire trip thanks to the 2 hurricanes in the Gulf), but the condo made the trip enjoyable. It has a beautiful view with nice furniture on the balcony. The pools and beach access were very convenient and clean. The condo was nicely decorated and a great place to stay for the week. We’d definitely stay again if we return to PCB.

My family and I have stayed at Sunrise Beach for 4 years now. The rental properties are always clean, well equipped, and enjoyable. The location is great. I’d give out stay a 10/10. We’ll be back!! Thanks for a great time.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. It is clean, comfortable, and it has an excellent location. Definitively a place that I will like to visit a second time. The only issue that I had was parking. You are supposed to register your vehicle, however, nobody is able to provide information about it; nor vrbo, neither the property manager.. at the end I couldn't find helpful information.

Wonderful time

Just wanted to say this, we come to Florida , once to twice a year, for the last 10 years, this was the most enjoyable trip we ever spent. The condo was wonderful, on the beach, and a great location, the weather was great, we will tell all of our friends about you guys , and would definitely come back many times , because you guys are the greatest. It was close to everything we wanted to see , Pier Park, great food locations, once again thanks again .
