Wonderful

We had a wonderful time, beautiful place, clean. Big TVs in the rooms. Great poolside bar, chair service. Hot tub wasn’t working but pool was well heated. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

This condo has amazing views, convenient location, steps from the pool and beach, we’d stay again in a heartbeat.Chase was very responsive and easy to reach. Every question and issue was answered and resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean (we’ve been in some rentals that you don’t want to sit on the couch!),the balcony - probably our favorite part of the condo - is large, has a table and a couch so we all could comfortably relax out there. It is set back a bit so we were protected from the wind. When looking at the description of the condo it wasn’t immediately clear to me, but the guest room and 2nd bathroom have a door that can be shut to make it private for that room - Bonus!The only suggestions we would make are maybe a little deep cleaning - ie baseboards, doors, and the towel racks and toilet paper holder are loose and kept coming off. I did not report this to Chase because it wasn’t a big enough deal to interfere with our enjoyment of this condo.No hesitation in recommending this condo!Thank you, Chase, for your help. It was nice chatting with you and Sherry. Also, thanks for letting us check in early!

Perfect getaway

This property was as described. Perfect location close to everything. We loved that there were chairs included and we didn’t have to drag a bunch of stuff down to the beach. The huge balcony was great! We will definitely book again!

Amazing!

Almost everything about our stay was amazing! Unfortunately, the whole building was experiencing electrical and internet issues, but that’s no one’s fault! We loved the location, the unit layout was perfect, the proximity and easy access to the beach was the best we’ve ever had! And the balcony …..it was heaven! We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed

Plenty of room for our family. Large balcony with a great view. 3rd floor was easily accessible. Convenient parking lot. Heated pool was great looking right at the Gulf.

TOO HOT

The A/C unit kept going out through out the stay. It was 75-76 degrees and never got below 72 degrees and that is with the maintenance person coming out numerous times. We left a day early.

Family Vacation

I will list pros and cons. The places was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Hot water was always available no matter what time of day. The balcony was great. It was big enough to put a playpen on it. The beach was not a far walk from the room. Security was great .They would walked the pool area alot. The owners are wonderful. They would answer questions when you had them. The con is the mattress were so hard to sleep on that I had to sleep on either the couch or loveseat the whole vacation. My daughter would wake up everyday with a backache. Would we stay here again. Yes, but only if they up graded the mattress and put softer mattress on the beds. The couch was not that comfortable to sleep on either. I hope this review helps.

Unit is very spacious.Loved the big balcony,beautiful beach view,unable to see sunset from there,though.(could view sunset poolside😊) TV was difficult to operate,but spent most time in free beach chairs😎Cute condo,had all we needed..very comfortable. No walkin shower,other than that great place to stay!

Location, access to beach, the room, the building, everything was great!! We had some personal issues with dates and arrival, the owners went out of his way to accommodate us and make things right!!! Couldn't believe how friendly and flexible they were. This is a great condo owned by incredible people!

The place was clean and our unit was very nice. Stayed on 3nd floor ,was easy to just take the steps for a quick trip to pool or parking lot.Elevators we’re also quick. If neede. Beach was very nice , Great Location.

Perfect Getaway

This is a very nice and clean condo. It has a beautiful view and amazing covered patio. The kitchen is very well stocked and master bedroom had a nice big TV. We decided to rent this last minute for a weekend getaway, Mrs. Sherry was so helpful with the whole process. We will definalety be back!!

Amazing Location and As advertised

This location is spot on. You overlook the pool so if you hVe older children it's easy to watch them from your balcony. Beach is amazing and your just steps from it. Bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Easy communication with the owners as well. If your going in October I recommend bringing your own beach chairs. They had already put away the ones listed in the marketing but it was fine. Nice, Clean and comfortable.

Just what we were looking for!

This comfortable condo came with an amazing covered patio! It was my favorite place to be when not relaxing on the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. Very comfortable bed in the king bedroom. Nice flat screen t.v. s in living room and bedrooms. We will definitely be returning!
