The location is perfect. The pool is beautiful and close. Loved the grill and patio. The bikes are a great treat. Wish there were a few beach towels and basic spices. Overall fantastic.

The house was amazing and the location was perfect. Having a private beach was a bonus. We loved riding the bikes to Rosemary. This was one of our favorite vacations on 30A. Highly recommend this house it won’t disappoint!!

Great home and location!

House was beautiful. We stayed for 4 days. The only trouble we had were none of the TVs working. They did eventually get them working!

Reviewer Comments: Sand On Tap is exactly as it seems in the pictures - the spaces are great, it's a very comfortable house with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds and furniture and a great, flexible floorplan. The games and beach items included are an extra perk. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house. Very spacious and comfortable. Very close to the beach and shops. Would recommend the kitchen have more basics such as salt and pepper, seasonings for cooking, more than 1 paper towel for the week and starter coffee pods. Also, this property did not have any beach essentials so we had to rent umbrellas and chairs daily and purchase a cooler. Would have been nice if the owner had a few beach essentials so every family doesn’t have to incur additional expenses. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing location and wonderful house

We had such a great time a Sand on Tap! It's just a couple house down from the beach access and the pool access. The house itself was clean, nicely decorated, and was only a few minutes from Publix (for groceries). When we had issues with the front door lock, they answered right away when we called and helped us out. Pro tip: use the bikes!! It was so fun riding into Rosemary beach. We rented an attachable side car from Vacayzen so that our kid could ride with us. So fun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this area many times before and this has been by far the best house and most comfortable. Everything they listed as amenities was right on and the rental company was always right there if we needed them. The house was incredibly clean and all new appliances. The bedrooms are not only gorgeous but so comfortable. You can tell the whole house was professionally decorated. The beach is right there and the best part is the rental company sets up all our chais and umbrellas...I couldn't ask for more! We will be back for sure!!

Amazing vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Sand on Tap multiple times and have had a wonderful stay each time. The location is IDEAL....less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and just a 5 minute bike ride/10 minute walk to downtown Rosemary Beach where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The house is always beyond clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make dining in a great experience. There is even a Nespresso machine for morning coffee! The house is very spacious and with 6 bathrooms, getting ready was never a problem for our big family. The home’s multiple outdoor decks made for a great place to relax or play one of the many board games available for the guests to enjoy. We also got great use out of the bicycles provided. We cannot wait to return to Sand on Tap again this year. Highly recommend!
