Fun Stay/Great Views!

Our stay here was a lot of fun. We appreciated the boogie boards and pots/pans! Views were awesome. We even saw some stingrays from the balcony. There were a few small things that needed updating in the condo but to us it wasn't important enough to call maintenence. (Master toilet leaked when flushing, water was either hot or cold, no in between unless you move it just a smidgen lol. Overall it was a great stay and i was happy to be there regardless. Would stay again!

Beautiful view but a little rough

We love Panama City beach. We travel here once every 18 months. This is the first time that we stayed at this property. The pools and outdoor area we're very nicely capped. It was impressive that the pool in front of our Tower was warm even in late march. It was nice having such a wide space and access directly to the beach. All of the staff members were incredibly nice and welcoming. Thedisappointing part we had was with our actual condo. Having a 12th floor condo was amazing because you had the top floor balcony which we spent a lot of our in-room time on. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo so much so that upon arriving I spent approximately two hours cleaning. There was quite a bit of dust on the counters and stuff on the floors . It looked as though perhaps someone had not stayed there for a bit . I counted a total of nine light bulbs out and there were 13 switches that did not do anything upon being flipped. There was food stuck to the master bedroom bedspread we were a little light on towels. I did reach out to the property manager and they bought us a new bedspread and some additional towels. I did provide feedback that they should double check the room if somebody had not stayed in it for a while before a person did check in to make sure they could catch up on any dust or other items. I did also provide feedback around going through and making sure that the lamps Etc were plugged into the switches so they could properly function.

We didnt have much to complain about. Although we expected more inclusive activities. Like golf should have been included but then it would have been to over crowded as well. There was age on some of the some of the furnishing and falling apart but we would probably do it again.

Beautiful resort but feel scammed by condo

The resort is amazing! I have stayed at many different ones at Panama Beach but this is hands down the best. The pools, staffs, amenities, it literally has everything plus!!Very pleased with everything regarding that. The condo itself was roomy and the roof top view is amazing! The manager/owner was super friendly. unfortunately everything else was a nightmare!! The worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. All three bathrooms had issues with water temperature. Temps would go from ice cold to scalding hot with no in between and no warning. I was blasted with full heat (on top of an already sunburn)and it was a painful experience luckily I didn’t get any serious burns. Showering was totally out of question. The manager did get someone out to look at it quickly but the issues were not able to be fixed during our stay. Heat, sand, traveling, exploring all without being able to shower pretty much ruined our trip. It was gross. Not sure if there could have been anything worse. I’m just thankful we didn’t have any children with us. Like mentioned, someone was sent to look at it quickly but We weren’t offered any accommodations to make up for the issue nor any talks of partial refunds, etc, so although they were friendly there wasn’t anything done to make up for the huge huge inconvenience. I never leave bad reviews but I feel like this one is justified, if planning on booking please make sure you speak with them directly to ensure water issues have been fixed. I couldn’t wait to get home to shower which is sad.

Now the best

The hot water in the master shower turned on but ran out before I could get in. Had to shower in the guest shower but more importantly I found roaches in the kitchen on two separate occasions. The carpet on the stairs are disgusting, wore shoes to go upstairs. Needs some attention.

Family Beach getaway

The space is fantastic. There was enough room for all my kids to have their own bed and plenty of room. The loft was perfect for my teen boys, and my tween daughter loved having her own room. Nicely decorated. Great location. Gorgeous views. The shower pressure is not the best, but I really have no complaints about our stay.
