    This was a great property. Very spacious and decor was very beachy. We loved our stay. The resort was very clean and the pools were very clean. Will definitely be back.

    Location was great and views were amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Sky bar was a lot of fun. Great shopping and restaurants you can walk to. Very happy with our stay.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.     Master bed is uncomfortable. The ease of getting on elevator and the local steamer across the street was amazing. The unit really needs to be updated. There is mold in some of the areas and needs a bigger coffee pot for sure. Rug in living room is needing replaced or professionally cleaned. The decor was very cute! Guest shower fills up with water bc the drain probably needs to be cleaned out. Not a bad stay at all. Lots of seating I. The living room and it was nice to have dresser space I. Each room and the 2 queens were great in the other room!

    The condo was decorated beautifully. The issue was the second bathroom shower leaked onto the floor each use. This needs to be addressed as there is now black mould . There were no chairs or float devices or cart within condo as is common. Flying from Canada we had to purchase. The pool area across the street was fantastic and we were grateful for access. .

    The communication was fantastic before and during our stay. They were very accommodating when it came to check in and check out. This is our 3rd time staying at Emerald Beach Resort, first time in this unit. I would 100% book this unit again. No complaints at all! Loved the location between both elevators. The decor was super cute. Lots of beach toys were in the closet for us to enjoy. This is not negative, but there were no beach towels in the unit just as an FYI. We flew in and did not rent a car. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants and a nice convenience store directly across from the condo to get anything you might need in a pinch. We will be back!

    What a gorgeous view! The decor is so cozy and comforting and was very clean. One of the closets was stocked with beach toys and floats which was a wonderful surprise! Plenty of cooking ute

    Beach view was unobstructed. Nice sized balcony for 4. Loved the master bedroom/bath. Didn’t like that the second bedroom was unattached to it’s bathroom (not very private).

    Cozy, nice home away from home

    Nice place in the center of it all, neighbors who don’t follow the no-smoking on premises rule would be my only complaint. Would stay again!

    Great 1 week stay with my husband. Our 2 grandchildren surprised us so all the amenities were great. Will definitely stay again but for longer next time. Absolutely wonderful

    Our family love this resort. Convenient location to restaurants and Pier Park. Condo was beautifully decorated. Elevators are fast and close to condo. No problems with condo.

    The decor in the room is nice and the condo is clean however the beds were rock hard. I’ve stayed at Emerald Beach for the last 10 years and this was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in PCB. We also had an emergency when arriving in which the condo in which the AC was frozen upon arrival and the rental company was hard to get in touch with and not quick to help. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are many other better options at emerald beach with more responsive rental companies and nicer beds.

    The condo was beautifully decorated and everything we needed was there for us to use. The master bed compares to a brick floor as far as sleeping. We went and bought a mattress topper that made the weeks sleep somewhat better. The view from the balcony was awesome and the show the dolphins put on was the coolest I’ve ever seen.

    Location is great

    Beds are uncomfortable. And the air units for the lobby of the resort are directly outside your front door.

    Great Condo

    We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is as pictured. The communication with the property owners was great. I liked that they actually have a fully stocked kitchen, enough pots and pans, cups, silverware, plates and bowls and hot pads. The beds were comfortable. We had enough room in the condo for 4 of us to lounge around at the end of our beach days. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!

    PCB Spring Break

    Beautiful condo with all the necessities of home. Perfect for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teen girls. Close to beach and restaurants, pier park and shopping , hidden lagoon adventure golf…felt safe leaving the girls to their own plans and meeting up in the evening for family dinners. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, small laundry room for washing necessities, comfortable beds and homie decor. Wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for sharing your unit with us! Will definitely be back!

    Bed in master bedroom was like sleeping on a rock. Would have done better sleeping in the floor. Rugs in living room and dining area were nasty. Called the office number to let someone know about the bathroom shower leaking onto the floor and no one ever answered or called back.
