House had NO CLOSETS - none.. including master suite so spending a week and having to store clothes in armoires - plus suitcases in the room was challenging for a big family! Kitchen appliances were outdated and kitchen was small… also the carriage house shares courtyard, bikes, parking, garage so other guyest often left garage open all night.. just a very weird set up. The location was great - but will not be back.

- Checking in not easy, - No house keys left, one key that doesn’t work - 3 bedrooms not 4, kids playroom doesn’t count as a bedroom- Only sleeps 6 not 9, unless you sleeping 3 more on the one sofa - No covers, comforters or duvets, other than for 6 people, NOT furnished for 9- House is very dirty , covers, rugs, furniture, kitchenware, coffee maker… had to clean what we wanted to use. - Cleaning fees charged daily yet no cleaning service done at all- Dishes and pots have food traces on them- Kids room furniture is nasty, greasy fingerprints on furniture

The BEST VRBO that I’ve ever booked!

This home was perfect for our trip! It is 10 steps away from the park, 100 from the pool, and about the same for the beach! The management crew gave us such a kind gift basket upon our arrival. The home was well maintained, and the kitchen tools were stocked along with some spices! Book this house ASAP!

Wonderful Stay in Rosemary

This was our first time to Rosemary and we had the most wonderful week at “Freedom at the Beach!” The house was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and comfortable. We loved the location from the beach (practically a minute walk to the sand), the cozy beds, and the additional amenities like the Aveda products in each bathroom. Thank you for such a wonderful week. We had the time of our lives and will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach and we had a wonderful time. With two young children and a wagon we had no problem walking to the beach, pool and into town. The house was child and family friendly with child safety gates and nice selection of games. We would stay here again.

Amazing house and location

Three generations stayed here for our beach vacation and it was loved by all! The house was clean and beautiful and RIGHT next to the beach. Very sweet touches and welcome treats. We all absolutely want to stay again!

Great spot

Perfect location and accommodations. We loved the easy proximity to both the pool and beach. We were very comfortable and look forward to visiting again. The extra bonus of owner beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats was appreciated.

Wonderful family vacation!

This is one of the most plesant experiences we've had at Rosemary Beach - and we've been coming to the area for 15+ years. Besides the property being in a great location close to the beach, beautiful, comfortable and clean on arrival, there were many details that made our stay so pleasant. Things like hand soap in all bathrooms, dish soap, laundry soap, zip loc bags, extra trash bags, etc that I always forget to bring, were already there and plentiful. Since we made a few meals at home we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. There were lots of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach towels available for us to use. There were also tons of games and DVD's available in the house. It fit our adult family of 5 plus 2 guests perfectly!

Perfect house with the best owners ever!

Had the best time at Rosemary Beach. The house is exactly as described and is in a perfect location so you quickly enjoy the beach, the pools and all that Rosemary has to offer. The owners could not have been nicer in all of their communication prior to arrival, while we were there and after we left. Can’t wait to go back !!

Gorgeous, well stocked, lovely home

Just amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with tons of extras and consumables like paper towel and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and an ice machine. TWO dishwashers! Perfect location. Professional Florida-style decor. One block from Walkover A. This place is amazing. We will return. Six stars plus.

Christmas vacation

The house was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The location to the beach, playground and pool was perfect for our two granddaughters. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The two ovens and two dishwashers was great. We would definitely stay here again!!

Bachelorette Weekend

The owners of this property kept an open line of communication the entire time. The main house was spectacular and spacious. This property is right across the street from a park and in such a cute neighborhood. I would definitely come back with my family, including my 2 year old.
