Cute condo with everything you need

Pictures perfectly describe condo. Cute and quiet, quick walk to the beach. Pool was nice and we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. Pleasantly surprised at how few people were actually staying there on Memorial Day weekend! Plenty of towels provided and everything you could need in the kitchen. Our only issue was trying to get in touch with property to check in. A link was sent with supposed check in instructions but ours was missing the key code. Because we were not arriving until late at night, we started reaching out to the property a few hours before only to get voicemails and unanswered chat attempts. Finally got someone on the phone number provided and they acted confused and said to message our host? However, Vrbo support was able to assist us in getting in contact and we had no trouble getting in after that. We did receive follow up texts the next day making sure we had got in and everything was good. Check out process was simple though! Overall, great stay!

I love PCB! I've been coming for years, this was the worst agency/host I've had. The first day of arrival we took a walk down the beach and before we made it back it rained so hard. (Our fault) We had on regular clothes until we could change.... now we're soaked and cold. I called and asked if we could get in the room since it had been cleaned already. I was told no, maintenance needed to inspect. Which sounded made up how she said it. Then she said thank you goobye.Needless to say we had to wait until 4:00 on the dot.I understand rules and protocols, butI have NEVER been told I couldn't get in my room early and I've never had checkout that early.The lady I spoke to wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either.No, I'm sorry or if it's available before 4:00, I'll call you. My previous host have been very accommodating and go above and beyond. Even had one to let me come a whole day early.I will not rent through Sailaway vacation rentals again. The ceiling is full of dust and the couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bedding had stains and dog fur on it. Dryer lint hasn't been changed properly, fire hazard. But the place did smell clean.
