Perfect for families

The resort included 3 pools, restaurant, bar, sno-cones, a convenient store with Starbucks and scooped ice cream, an arcade, fitness center, and air brush on the main site. During our stay, the pool area had a DJ, karaoke and pool movie nights. Perfect for families wanting things to do without leaving the resort. Our room was great for our family of 4. Our teenage boys slept on the pullout sofa that was as expected. The washer and dryer in the room was much appreciated. All kitchen utensils were provided, however there was no pantry, but we had no problem keeping our groceries on the island. The balcony was great to have coffee in the mornings and watch the dolphins. A great overall week for this family of four!

Fantastic stay

I enjoyed the easiest booking and check in process. I also enjoyed the fact that edgewater is gated and has security. Everything was clean , quiet, and peaceful.

Another good visit

Couldn't be more convenient for Ironman. 4th time staying at Edgewater, and this was the easiest. Parking was simple. Only issue was that the weather sucked so the poolside bar was closed. The space was clean and spacious.

Condo outdated for the price

For the price I paid, condo was very disappointing: Needs painted Furniture uncomfortable Everything is outdated Bathroom door wouldn't shut SLIDING DOOR - I could not open (Needs new rollers or something) Mirrors in bathroom shower strange Dishwasher bottom shelf was broken didn't roll - missing track Furniture old and dirty

Good

It was fine. Doors were hard to close in the bathroom. The light switch was cracked and my grandson received a scratch from it but he's fine. It could use updated furniture. The chairs weren't to comfortable. But we did enjoy our stay.

Nice place to stay but do not ask for extras !!

This was place was nice, clean and the communication from the owner was good as well. Our only concern was, the master bed had a flat sheet on it and a blanket comparable to a hospital blanket on it. We had 4 people in our condo, we found 1 extra pillow and a flat sheet for the pullout couch bed. Thank goodness my friends had their covers and pillows from the travel. I messaged the owner for additional blankets and pillows. I received a message stating, “The cleaners said that at Edgewater 909 there are 4 pillows in the master bedroom and 01 for the sofa , and they also left a set of linens for the sleeper sofa rolled up. This should be plenty for a unit that sleeps up to 4 ppl max. Due to Covid, the new standard is to minimize as much as possible. Please confirm.-- Anthony”. Enjoyed the stay, but plesse know up front please bring your own “extra” linens to be prepared for a “comfortable” stay. Upon request, extras will not be provided.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is small but had all the bare necessities. Some areas could use a deep cleaning. The view was beautiful. The property has lots of great amenities. We would recommend it to others.

Fall break

My husband and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was easy to access. Edge water is really nice. The staff was nice. Our condo was nice. I actually forgot my purse in the condo and was almost home and got the call. The cleaning lady met my mother and returned my things and wouldn’t accept payment. Really good to know there’s honest people working here! We will def it let be back!

HAPPINESS AT THE BEACH

Hello, very nice, very clean. Only thing...shower curtain had some mold on it. A mop in the condo would be nice, like a Swiffer. I had kids and they spill everything, lol. The people that I dealt with for questions were awesome. Always got back to me quickly. What a great time we had making memories
