Family Getaway

This was our 5th visit to this property! It’s like home away from home! Fantastic home, fantastic location and just makes for the best vacation. We had extended family come with us this time around and we actually rented 2 homes in this community and it worked out perfectly!! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was disrupted by a gas leak, which led to no hot water for 90% of our stay. As well as having unknown / unauthorized vendors inside of our home. I have expressed my concerns over two weeks ago and keep getting pushed off. This is extremely unprofessional.

Fabulous Family Vacay!

Everything was spectacular about the house. Well stocked, plenty of room and the beach is a short walk. Very nice having access to a private beach because the beach wasn’t overcrowded like some of the surrounding areas. Loved every moment of it and plan to be back!

Great and easy- huge balcony and pool

The wrap around porch was perfect and gave us double our living space. And the pool was huge compared to all of the others in the neighborhood. Management was polite and extremely responsive. The house was spotless. The communication leading up to and during our entire trip was exceptional. The team was helpful with any things that I needed and were always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. This team is dialed in and I hope to rent from them many more times. Thanks RD!

The location of this house is absolutely incredible- you don’t need a car because you can walk everywhere which is so nice. However, the house was pretty beat down and needed some repairs. It also was so poorly cleaned- you could tell the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, let alone mopped. Hair all in the drawers and in the bathtub. It was a very poor clean job. There is also no sound proofing at all between the floors so it is loud. You can hear every footstep if you stay downstairs. They also make you check out at 10AM and check in isn’t until 5PM.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting the communities of 30A. We chose this property because of the pool and the newly renovated decor. It was lovely! However the pool had not been cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait at least a day for a crew to deal with that. Water was quite cold for end of April, so consider asking to have it heated. The home is very comfortable, a short walk to the beach stairs and included 2 beach chairs set up at the beach. However the home is directly along the main street that goes through Rosemary Beach. The driveway is on a private lane but the house itself does have considerable street noise from the main road. The view on the one side of the home is an adjacent tennis court complex belonging to the resort next store. This home is walkable to several restaurants and shops.
