The building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building. 4-level garage is directly under the building, Palazzo features a swimming pool, heated seasonally, located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park.
