Close to everything and had great person help us whenever we asked for anything.

This was excellent for an offseason stay near the beach. It was way cheaper just staying the night here and not the entire weekend too, so that factored into my choice of the property. The front door staff were great and accomodating, while having the breakfast option in the morning helped to get something quick before going!

They are still only giving a paper bag with a muffin and granola bar for breakfast. I realize there is a pandemic, but since one employee (a housekeeper) was the only person I saw masked in the entire building for my entire stay and nobody distanced, could we please have pancakes again? Also, it is very very noisy (summer in Florida) and the walls are pretty thin. It’s a good place for the price point but the noise did prevent me from sleeping. It was very clean!

Breakfast was very limited, bed cover sheet wouldn’t stay on bed and mattress was not comfortable

My room was clean, the ventilation was a little off but the AC worked just fine. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big, had a couch and working TV (TV did not have very many channels), they had breakfast bags with cookies/junk, and fruit, juice, bagels, cheese, etc downstairs from 6-9am. Check out was easy, check out was easy, there was enough towels in the room and they gave me more when I asked.

Everyone was very helpful, willing to go over and above to handle our needs. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Panama City Beach.

nice hotel lots of parking and great location to all the fun stuff

I know plenty of people come out to the beach and spend plenty of money to get beachside hotels just to be able go wake up and see the waves, but they also waste hundreds of dollars on that experience when a great affordable hotel is literally right now the street. With my family as awhile they typically would stay at those hotels, but thats mostly because we would spend a good portion of the day in them. This vacation I went with just my girlfriend and we stayed ag the sleep in, we went out a lot. Weng to the beach plenty. And were out of the way of the loudness and craziness that surrounds the rest of the hotels that are by the beach. Personally it was one of my favorite vacations yet. Wed get home that evenibg to peace and quiet and were close enough to the beach to be less than 5 minutes down the road. The staff was super friends and assisted me with anything I needed and the rooms were very nice and spacious! Only recommendation would be better Wi-Fi! But other than that it was a fantastic stay! Loved it!

Front desk less than helpful. Person who checked us in was upset with the computer system & kept sighing heavily. Did not smile, make eye contact, or make us feel welcome. Then, later, no one helped us with a problem we were having.

Wonderfully nice folks and clean room! Great value and good location

Our room was very clean when we arrived, which is huge for us. We have had some really bad experiences in other places in Panama City Beach so we were skeptical. But, we will definitely stay here again. It's hard to find a good pet friendly place because they are so limited so we are happy to have a place to stay now when we visit. The King suite room was very spacious and we loved that it had a walk-in shower instead of the tub/shower combos. It was very roomy and the bathroom was nice. We could tell that the walls had been recently painted and the furniture was in great shape. And, the pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice and the rest of the staff we encountered were also very nice. The complimentary breakfast was great. They had fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, toast, tons of different breads and muffins, multiple waffle stations with 2 different flavors of waffles, cereal and coffee and juices. They really had a great setup, much more than we've come to expect. There is plenty of parking, WiFi was strong, location is convenient. Can't really find anything bad to say about it. Great for the price.
