Our upscale condo features all-new wood-slate tile flooring throughout, upgraded furniture, and tons of high-end upgrades including the fountain, a sectional sofa in the living room, and updated furniture. This condo also features private access to a huge 1,800 SF private rooftop terrace that is only shared with one other condo in the whole community!

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the spacious condo and the balcony. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone. This place was awesome, beautiful, breathtaking and more!! Everything we needed! Glad to have 2 double beds instead of the king for me a my bestie! A few things to replace, the crank can opener, the whisk, and put WD 40 on the patio doors, they’re so hard to open. Have the cleaning crew wash the shears, check the dryer! We loved it and will certainly try to come back, the trip from Austin to PCB is a killer though!

Our Spring break with family..

Our stay at this location was amazing! I would have to say that this was one of our best bookings we have had. The unit was very clean & spacious. Everything was very well stocked & it was very cozy & comfortable! Omg the rooftop was very breathtaking & peaceful. We will definitely be booking this unit again for our future plans. First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful

30th bday trip

6 adults stayed for a 30th birthday trip. The room was clean, but I’d ask house cleaning to move the large dining table to clean under more often. We had towels, etc on each bed when we arrived. We were able to request a 3rd parking pass, in the outdoor over flow parking when we arrived. The balcony is beautiful. The pool was shaded until after lunch due to the sun rising behind the condo. Communication with the rental team was very quick and easy over chat. We all agreed we’d stay again. Hotel staff and elevators were fast (especially for a penthouse ride).

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our 2nd thanksgiving in PCB and both times we stayed in 1601 origins. It is 3 bed 21/2 bath with a large kitchen and living room. The guests share a bath and the master has its own. It’s real comfortable and everything works. The roof access over looking the beach is pretty awesome but we hit some cooler weather this year. Overall is a good place and a fair price. We will probably be back as we have friends with condos in origins. Oh, beach is right across street and is beautiful all year round. Lots of security in the building but seems like a pretty safe place in November.

I hate to do this, but cleanliness & upkeep was missing

We always have more great experiences than bad ones, so this one is not going to be fun. The location & check in was great! The communication via text & email was great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness & upkeep of the rental. The kitchen had a skillet that had been placed back in cabinet w/out the burned stuff scrubbed off. The sliding glass door to the outdoor sitting area was so hard to open that only the men could manage to get it open. 1 of the bathroom shower curtains had so much of the 'orangish' mildew on the bottom of the curtain that the stench was awful. (It's too EZ to run it through hot water once in a while & rehang), There was old, splashed pop(?) up on the side of the nice leather couch. Most of the floor lights & tables had so much dust on them that you could write your name in the dust. We were left with only 1 tablet to do our dishes with. Seemed a bit too thrifty for what we paid & that we were staying 2 nights. I went to retrieve a hair thingy out of the bathtub & ending up pulling a WAD of hair that it had grabbed onto in the drain. Just nasty & disgusting. The larger table in front of the couch outside has seen its final days with lots of worn-out rusty spots on top. The cart that was available to assist unloading had nasty corroded stuff in & on it. The signage said that we had trash chutes on 'every' floor... but we didn't on the 16th. I have pics if anyone (Mgt/owners) would like to see. I hated to write this.

The property was great, clean and nice plenty of room. The staff was nice, as could be and helpful. They only thing if there is a airshow going on. One of the property managers will open the employees Stairs to the roof Where the pet house is, and let his 20 friends come watch the airshow that aren't even staying at the hotel. So the rooftop is not Private

Birthday getaway

PCB has been a favorite spot for our family vacation and it was a pleasant experience to return to Te Origin and find it just as we remembered The place has an amazing view just a few yards away from the beach We had an awesome time and definitely enjoyed it We can’t wait for the next time.
