The newly renovated home is spacious with lofted ceilings, expansive den, dining and kitchen areas. The home is recognized for its large balcony with spectacular ocean views and is only a one block/2 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to local favorite dining restaurants, shopping, beach bars, arcade, go-cart track, mini-golf and only 1.5 miles from Pier Park.
