Our beautiful, 10th floor (#1015) condo at Tidewater Beach Resort will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, resort vacation home also boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or wake up to the sounds of the surf.

*** You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35 plus tax resort fee. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
Beach chairs are not included with the rental, but are available to rent at the resort upon arrival.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Great stay - balcony hard to access

From the bedroom and the main living room the doors get stuck to go out onto the balcony pretty bad. So much so that it makes you not even want to go out on the BP

Took us 1.75 hours to get our items from the car to the room. Elevators were the absolute worst. Making everyone wait until 4:00 with poor elevators and room at check in desk is a very dumb rule. Pools were great, once you were able to get there. Rooms were pretty good but couldn't open our door to balcony from bedroom and other door almost took 2 people. Would not suggest to rent at this place unless you stay on 4 or below floors so you could use the stairs. Lost about 5 hours overall waiting on elevators.

Great rental if you come after spring break

I really liked this property. It was easy to check in. I was able to check in early and check out later which was amazing! I had issues with opening the balcony door in the bedroom but I contacted the company and someone came out to fix that issue. The living room balcony takes a lot of effort to open as well. If you are weak or small, beware. I came right after spring break ended and it was amazing! No wait times on the elevators, hardly anyone at the pool/beach/hot tubs. There is a restaurant, store, Starbucks, and ice vending available on site! You can use your card to grab ice, it’s by the east pool. The staff was very friendly. The property was also very clean. Lots of towels provided, bring your own beach towel though. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The view from balcony was my favorite part! Overall it’s a 9/10.
