Never again at Tidewater

Condo was amazing.People were very friendly Close to a lot of attractions and food.Tidewater elevators are a nightmare. It is because of the elevator situation I will never set foot in Tidewater again, yes it was that bad.

Overall, nice condo. Very spacious. Loved the view. Only bad thing is room with twin beds, the flat sheet wasn’t on the beds. It was folded and placed under blanket where pillows were. No one wants to drive 8 hours and make up a bed. Other than that, good stay

What a View!!!

The condo we stayed in on the 15th floor of Tidewater was absolutely beautiful. It was professionally decorated, kitchen had ample supplies, beds were extremely comfortable and enough room for everyone to spread out. The balcony was second to none with amazing views!!!! As for Tidewater itself, I will never stay here again due to the horrific elevator situation. There are not enough for the number of floors and people on site. Especially frustrating during the common check in and out times when people are trying to bring the luggage carts to their rooms. Even on a normal day, we would wait over 15 minutes for one and end up walking 15 flights of stairs to get to where we needed to be. The parking deck was just as crowded and really made us not want to have to leave and find another spot. So nothing against the condo owners, their unit was perfect. Just won’t stay here again!!

The room was great! View was amazing! Beach access and pool were fantastic! The wave reasturant was probably the most delicious food we had the entire trip! The worst part was the elevators! The wait time was terrible most days! But other then that it was great!

The condo was beautiful and clean and loved the convenience of the restaurant on the first floor, but the elevator situation was a nightmare. We had to do 15 flights of stairs several times after waiting sometimes over 20 minutes for an elevator. Unfortunately, I’ll never stay there again simply due to the elevators.

Great location and condo plenty of space, nicely decorated and fabulous view! Elevators are a challenge - long wait times especially during peak times 4-7pm and 8-12noon Nice beach but a little disappointing that there are so many chairs in front of the building that you have to walk a ways to be crowded into a small area of open sand

This whole condo is amazing and the view WOW!

Everything you could need is in this condo. It is decorated so beautiful. There is ample space for large family so you are not tripping over each other. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The view is amazing. We sat out there watching the sunsets and the moon on the water. We will be back often.

Don't be fooled by the view

The view is the only thing worth it but everything else that went with the stay was NOT worth what I paid, I will be gladly to fork the money over to Marriott or Hyatt. Every elevator ride was 30 minutes to an 1 hour wait when there were more than 6 elevators. This was the highlight that started off the horrible stay. Who wants to add in riding in an elevator to toyr agenda.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The condo was perfect…. from cleanliness, amenities, location, view, everything was perfect! There were so many extras like sand castle tools, umbrellas, plush towels, comfortable beds, and kitchen utensils galore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

It was good. The elevators were very busy. We spent a lot of time waiting. The only negative was the check in. They did not have our info and acted like we didn’t have a reservation. Awkward. The condo folks I dealt with on phone were fantastic but at the desk it was chaotic. We loved the view. Beautiful.

Great choice

We loved our stay. We would recommend this condo and would stay again. The view is perfect and the condo is modern and well stocked in the kitchen. There were no beach towels so be prepared to buy some or bring your own. Management was quick to respond when we needed something. The elevators in the condo building are the biggest and truly only down side to staying here. But over all, it was a great resort for the $. We found that the other families staying there were fairly mellow and easy going. Nothing too rowdy. The restaurant on site had great wings and reasonably good bar food. It’s $$$ but it’s convenient. All in all great place to book.

Cousins Beach Trip Success

Each year we have had to increase the size of the condo we rent in PCB. This past August we stayed in this beautiful condo for 7 days. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is fully furnished. Since we usually cook all meals - this was perfect. When we first arrived we had problems with the washer and the owner had someone there to fix it within hours. Then we noticed the dishwasher didn’t drain so we called again. The plumber arrived and fixed the problem immediately. The check in process was perfect - all armbands were with the check in desk. In order to get a cart to move your items from the car, you have to leave your ID to check out luggage cart. For us that was not an issue. If I could recommend anything, it would be to put more chairs or lounges on the patio. We improvised but the view from there is perfect. If I group stays the same size we would definitely rent again

Cleaning company didn't leave the unit clean dust everywhere and sand all over the floors had to call property manager to get a broom and mop because someone had broken it and didn't notify the property manager which they took care of quickly beautiful view from the unit only thing was chairsvon balcony were worn out and property manager said they had new ones on order excellent place for a family vacation only thing that made our stay bad at first was what the Cleaning crew didn't do but we made sure we left it cleaner than we found it

The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is perfect. Elevators were slow a couple of days but when they have someone working them to help them move faster it is definitely a plus. When we arrived, the air was not working then woke up and noticed the fridge was not keeping our food cold and temp was only rising, then to top it off the dryer wasn't drying and the washer wouldn't drain and spin without fooling with it. But Bobbie was so responsive and worked diligently to get the air back on by the 2nd evening. The fridge started working also at the same time. Unfortunately the washer continued to be an issue due to getting someone out. It was alot of major stuff all at once going wrong but we didn't let it ruin our vacay and had a wonderful time. Definitely will return!! I would recommend leaving a broom and dust pan in the closet to help keep the floors clean.

Absolutely stunning views, just not the best for families with children.

When choosing a place I always check the good for children and good for families option. While this property is absolutely beautiful and offers twin and bunk beds, it's very modern in decor . There was a lot of metal. While we don't expect an owner to supply toys, we just have grown to anticipate a different setting. The elevator issue is far worse than anyone could describe and there were so many issues with guests in the pools. They were working on internet in the building but it didn't work past the front door. The 2 back bedrooms were dead zones. While overall we had issues and things weren't exactly as expected, I wouldn't say they're the owners fault. Amazing place to stay for people with older kids for sure!! Beautiful condo. Beautiful location.
