Beautiful house with direct access to the beach. Tons of beach chairs, wagons & baby equipment. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Patrick was a great host, very quick to respond & took care of all our needs in a timely manner.

I am so happy that I chose this home for our family vacation. The house has been updated and is very, very nice. It is right on the beach, and away from the condo crowds. It had everything we needed, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms so it accommodated our party of 12 very nicely. Plenty of space to sit around and watch TV and visit. Kitchen was well equipped, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, so we were able to cook and eat together at the table for 17. Definitely a keeper on my list to visit again.

Excellent house and location

It's so nice to be able to step off the porch onto the beach. The house is great and kept up nicely. It fits our family well having so many bedrooms and everyone having their own bathroom. Truly an enjoyable week.

This was a group stay of five couples, the house was spacious enough we never felt on top of each other. Private baths for all rooms, great beds. Loved the decks and access to beach outside the door!! Owner very communicative and checked on our arrival had a water leak and very fast connection on it . We would book again in a heart beat!!

Thank you very much for everything! The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with everything to accommodate our stay. For some of us it was our first time seeing the ocean and it was a fantastic first experience. We loved the hot tub and huge table for our games, the view and the space. We've already discussed coming back and sincerely hope to in the future.

We had a fantastic family week at this home. We wanted a space for 5 adult couples and this place fit the bill! Large comfortable spaces for all and only steps to the beach. Tons of amenities and a great location!

Our multi-family group thought this property was wonderful. We had a group of 12 with 4 adults and 8 children. The home is truly on the beach, making trips to/from very easy, even for the toddlers in our crew. The home is well appointed with great kitchen equipment, games, places for everyone to sit, a variety of beach equipment (even a wagon and life jackets), great set ups for outdoor dining, and most amenities we needed except beach towels and toiletries which was clearly shared on the listing so we knew to bring those items! As with any beachside property, there were a few things in the house that could use attention, but we felt strongly that these hosts were welcoming and considerate. They asked us to please let them know if anything was lacking during our stay, so it was very clear that they care about their guests’ experience. We did not feel the need to reach out about anything while we were there, but I feel confident they would have quickly responded had we needed anything. They made our stay easy in lots of big and small ways. Thank you for letting our crew use your home and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Easy beach access and totally stocked inside and out. Would definitely recommend and contact with management was quick and easy.

My only criticism is it is time to update mattresses . Really appreciated how appointed the kitchen was and the beach furniture was great . Need soap in the bathrooms . Overall great time had by all , plenty of space in bedrooms and living area !

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! Beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Clean, comfortable and spacious inside. Host was quick to respond to questions and the check in/out process was seamless.

Good house for a family beach stay

Overall, a positive experience here. There were some minor maintenance issues that arose, but they were addressed by the host. This home is better stocked than most rentals I’ve seen. Would stay here again.

Coffee on the Beach!!

A perfect spot on the beach with easy convenient beach days. Kids and Adults could go on and off the beach without it being a project! Grandkids had coffee on the beach with Poppi every morning! Had the perfect stay!

Great Place

Our family had the best time staying here. The house is beautiful and the view is perfect only a few steps to the beach. Lots of room for a big family. The owner was very helpful we had a problem getting the dishwasher to work he had someone out quickly and got the problem fixed. We will definitely stay again.
