The stay for our large group was great. The pool, hot tub, and the pontoon rental was a great addition. The pool table helped entertain everyone. The double kitchen area was great for our large group to make and prep meals. We also enjoyed that there was plenty of hot water for all the showers, the extra soap and toilet paper.

Perfect house for large group!

Family and friends came from Alabama for a soccer tournament (super close to Publix Sports Complex) house had lots of room for everyone to enjoy different activities. We will definitely rent this property again!

We had a great time. The kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub. They also enjoyed the pool table and arcade games.

Great Location Great Host

This was a fun vacation within a beauliful home. The best part was the ease of communication with the host. The transactions were seamless and they were willing to work with me to ensure everything went well. The home was full of fun items to keep us entertrained and we enjoyed the time spent here.

This place is fantastic. Exactly as pristine and exciting as pictured. So much fun and so spacious. We fit 16 guys in here comfortably and had an absolutely amazing weekend. 5 stars all around. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Annual July 4th trip/My birthday

We loved this house. With 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators as we love to cook every night, it was perfect. The games were great for the kids as well as the pool. There was a boat slip for our boat and plenty of outdoor seating. The house was very spacious and well equipped! Had the best wine glasses we’ve ever had in a rental house! 😍 The host was super responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had. I give it 5 stars for sure!

Nice home on the bay

This is a nice home on the bay. It provided all the space our family needed and had extra game space too. We rented the boat since we decided to stay on the bay instead of the beach. You need a boat if you stay on the bay in my opinion. The boat worked one day of our 5 day trip which was very disappointing. We were in contact with the host during this time. If you want to fish or check out shell island you might want to plan on one of the many excursion places or bring your own boat.

Phenomenal!!!! Great for large family!

We booked this property for Christmas 2022 with 3 generations. It. Was. Awesome. Lots of space for everyone, super clean, absolutely gorgeous backyard/pool/inlet area. Great location. We rented the pontoon boat - worth every penny. Only issues: hot tub was not in working order during our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes, but not a lot of silverware or cooking/baking needs. It was fine...Just made Christmas dinner prep a bit challenging.

New Year's eve stay

We (16+ people) stayed at this property for 4 days. This property is nicely located on the bay. Here are some good and bad about the property. Good - Huge place - Nice big kitchens - All rooms on one floor - Heated pool - Hot tub - Pool table - The owner was prompt in responding The bad - Mattresses were terrible in almost every bedroom. They would sink in while sleeping. - The boat was in a bad shape with torn seats - Heating/Cooling was not uniform. One room would be cold, while others would be really hot - Outside grills were rusted and broken - you can't use them - Ran out of toilet papers. Owners said no to replenish. We had to run to the supermarket to buy it. Overall, it was okay, not a great experience.

Very nice property but management should do an inspection of property occasionally. The pool hadn’t been cleaned since last group, closet door was off it’s hinges, one bedroom door knob feel off and couldn’t close the door without locking yourself in, the shower in the master bedroom filled with water(very slow drain). The grill was filthy. Management should also inform guest that pontoon is not located on the property and the $300 cost is not the actual cost. I was quoted $480 for one day when I inquired once on the property. All of the garbage cans were full . These are things that are easily corrected if management would walk through prior to the next group occupying the property. This property is in a great location and excellent for large groups. I would rent it again but definitely would have management do a thorough walk through before taking occupancy.

Family Gathering for 80th Birthday.

Overall rental process was easy and good communication prior to and during stay. Double kitchen was great because we like to cook and common space had plenty of room for us. We had a great time. There were minor repairs needed (door handles, shower curtains, etc.), but nothing that prevented us from utilizing the property.

Family vacay

Our family of 11 enjoyed the property including the pool, hot tub, pontoon, kayaks and pool table. Private and quiet neighborhood yet a 5min drive to restaurants etc. Ashley was very quick to respond to emails!

Just average

Other than not being able to use the hot tub and finding dirty sheets on the pull out sleeper, our stay was enjoyable. When we arrived, the hot tub had green water and grime on the walls and looked like it had not been cleaned. We contacted Ashley and she said she would send the pool cleaners the next day (Tuesday) but they never came. We think they finally came on Thursday because the water did look better after we got home, but they still did not clean the walls so we were not able to use it. There was also a very strong chlorine smell the whole time so not being able to use the hot tub was very disappointing. The house also did not seem like it had been cleaned so we told Ashley and she sent some people the next day to see what the cleaners had missed. They did seem concerned that the cleaning company had missed things; however that did not help us for our stay. We had to stay in the dirty house the whole time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and we were able to use the boat which made our stay more enjoyable. They also brought some additional life jackets so we would have enough for everybody. The boat is new and clean so no complaints there. The house is in a great location and close to everything you need. Overall, everything was fine except the cleanliness and broken hot tub, but we would probably not stay here again.

The property was beautiful and well situated. The canal location was excellent for fishing with the grandkids. The pool and hot tub were reasons for selecting the property but both were not clean when we arrived. Apparently, the pool was cleaned the next day while we were charter fishing, but the hot tub was never cleaned.

Nice house and easy communication with property management

Stayed at this home for 6 days, easy check in and the house was clean and big which was nice for my family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and boat. Ashley was available for questions and very helpful throughout my vacation. I would definitely rent this home in the future.
