Absolutely a lovely stay!!! There were a few issues. However after reaching out to the property manager the issues were resolved!! The only bad things I can mention are:1.) the wait for elevators with kids can be a bit at times! Especially during peak hours! 2.) the balcony furniture needs to be replaced! So unfortunately couldn’t enjoy breakfast & coffee on the deck BUT when spending most your time in the pools & at the beach, this was just a minor setback!

Overall great Vacation

We loved the property and the location. The unit itself needs a lot of updates. The sofa is torn and very dirty, all the furniture on the patio is rusted out. The shades in one of the bedrooms is broken allowing the light to come in and the master bathroom door would not lock and someone had hot glued the towel rack to the wall. The floors were also dirty like they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. When we got out of the shower our feet were dirty from the floor.

Very spacious

Easy check in,,, bring extra stuff that are needed ,, trash bags, dish soap or dishwasher pods and washing machine pods , cleanliness was OK 5/10 score. Upon arrival tile floors were still sandy. Bunk beds and couch still had sand on them. We’re supposed to wash all dishes prior to leaving, but there were several dirty / greasy dishes in the cupboards. They need new balcony furniture, 1 chair had no back it was rusted off and 1 lounge chair was worn out . We came back from the store to find 2 strange men in the kitchen changing out the dishwasher ( right at lunchtime with us having 5 kids). He was they’re for 1 1/2 hours ( which in my opinion he should have come after check up while the cleaning lady was there,, not paying guest). He did call prior but thought it was a spam call so didn’t answer and his voicemail didn’t come through until we were already back in the room ) other than that it was a great stay PROS— very spacious, great balcony view, easy check in. Owner was very quick to respond to any concerns,

Room needs updating

The resort and activities were fine and my family enjoyed it. The room however was not up to part for the price. The room needs updating, The blinds in all 3 bedrooms were missing and broken, making it impossible to darken the rooms either day or night, not to mention the privacy issues this created. The garbage disposal was seized up and had half rotten food jammed in it when we arrived. Even after maintenance came it still wasn’t working properly. My son ended up finding a bottle cap grinding in it. The sliding door to the balconies needed cleaned and lubricants to get opened and closed. We stayed here six years ago and we were very happy so we came back. After my last visit we certainly wouldn’t recommend staying and we certainly wouldn’t return .

Everything about this property is amazing...a group of 7 and we were all very happy with the place. All of the floors in all the rooms are tile, so sand from the beach is going to be expected, use a broom and dust pan located in laundry closet to clean it up. Water in tubs and shower gets extremely hot and does a great job with bathing while washing clothes and dishwasher going. Beds are comfortable, AC works great, all appliances work great. Views from the balconies are amazing (we were able to see dolphins, sharks, and stingrays). Elevators were normal speed and pools were cold. We will definitely be back in the future. I love this place....just WoW!!!

Wonderful

Beautiful condo just as described. Great location and the beach service guys were so nice. The pool and small kid water park was nice but cold lol. Condo lay out was perfect lots of space. Guest services were so nice and very helpful. Overall 5 out of 5

Bring your own cleaning supplies and blankets

This our third stay at a Splash property and this was by far the least desirable. Best thing I can say is the air conditioner was fantastic and never a problem. After reading the other reviews I brought cleaning supplies and a vacuum to tidy up as soon as we arrived. I used clorox wipes on all the light switches and door knobs, bagged up the tv remotes so we didn't have to touch the stickiness, and vacuumed out the bunk beds. I also had to wipe down the kitchen table and chairs, which had obviously not been touched before. Most of the remotes didn't work and we didn't have extra batteries. The couch was absolutely revolting- we put down extra towels to sit on it. There were still quite a few missing blinds in all bedrooms. The overall price of the room and cleaning fee are too much for what you get. Splash Resorts was not the problem- we will likely return there again, but absolutely will not rent this property.

It was a very nice property, however not the best for a family with teenagers. Definitely geared for smaller children. I would not stay here again due to not having small children at home anymore. And the pools are small and very packed. The lazy river was cold.

It Was nice

The Building was nice but like the reviews said before blinds messed up and still was. They need to work on A/C throughout building especially elevators. The floors felt greasy when we first got to the room and need 2 be cleaned a little better. We called about some issues with the room and they responded quickly but they didn't fix and of the issues we called about, including the blinds. The Room was nice but would have been great if it was maintained a little bit better.

Lots of sand

Tile floors- no rugs, mats, front door mat. Sand was everywhere all the time. Missing a combined 42 vertical blinds in all bedrooms. the fixed that the next day. 2 twin beds with sand in the sheets on the first night. Just not as nice as our typical vacation condo.

Wouldn’t stay in this condo again.

There was (looked like) spaghetti sauce on the floor, white splatters on the furniture, food wrapper in the bunk bed area, the blinds in the two master rooms were pretty much nonexistent. I contacted the number we were giving twice about my concerns and the first time was told someone would be up, and nobody did. the second time I got no response. They lock all the closest so you have no storage space. Definitely would not recommend. The resort was great. The beach access was great. The only downfall is only having two elevators on each tower so the wait could be very long, there’s also no a/c in them.

Great time with the family

Loved the layout of the condo. The garden tub in the front master hot water faucet was broken and unable to fix, but was not a deal breaker for us. The dishwasher and washer/dryer are dated but did work once the maintenance guy came up to fix. The rental agency was quick to respond to the issues and very nice, especially considering it was Memorial Day Weekend. Overall, loved the resort and everyone had a wonderful time, so it was a win for us! ❤️

Splash stay

The unit and resort were very nice. I was not 100 percent satisfied with the cleanliness as there was hair left in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. The refrigerator didn't cool very well, I called the maintenance number twice with no answer. The patio furniture was rusted on the one balcony with pieces broken off, was concerning as I had a 5 year old and 7 month old walking/crawling around (the 5 year old checked out every inch of the unit). Overall the unit was very nice with those few complaints.

Great views

It was perfect for our family. The layout was good and very spacious. There were a few things that needed repair such as blinds in back bedroom only had half the slats and a knob missing on a kitchen cabinet. Those things did not hinder our enjoyment. .

We have stayed at the splash every year for the past 5 to 6 years and this was the first time we have had a problem with the accommodations. The room was dirty when we arrived. I notified the rental company who did not respond. The children slept on the couch the first night because their sheets were dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. The washer smelled like mildew. The sofa had been cut open in areas. The hot water did not work in the master bath. The sinks were stopped up. The patio chairs had so much rust that the seat was fixing to fall through. The walls were missing paint and dirty. The bedroom furniture was falling apart. The mattress was HORRIBLE and dirty ! We were not able to sleep! No privacy because the blinds were missing in the master-bedroom. I don’t think the owner takes care of their property which is sad. I hope they learn to cherish what they have.

Very spacious but worn down

This room was very spacious and did offer great views. However, each room with blinds on the entrances to balconies had more than half of the blinds missing. It was very unfortunate to not be able to close the blinds at night to prevent light coming through in the morning. We also could not find a remote for the tv in the master bedroom. There was an amazon fire stick to use but no power cord or remote that went with it. There was also no pantry/storage for food. There were marks all over the walls and doors. There was also only one elevator working at the time we were staying there which made it very unfortunate being that we were on the 20th floor. We had to wait in line to get on the elevator several times, and wait on an elevator for almost 20 minutes just to go down to the lobby. Overall it was a very spacious decent condo, but I would not choose to stay there again.
