After placing our reservations for our stay at Laketown Wharf i received a confirmation email from property management confirming our stay. That also included a long list of maintenance issues the property were dealing with. Including pool closures due to a leak, whrist bands that may or may not work. Our main issue with the property was the fact the elivators had many failures causing guest to use stairs to go and come. We stayed on level eleven. Lets say we all did not enjoy caring articles up and down stairs. That being said the room was accommodating with little concerns. Very roomy though the entry door constantly whistled due to a leaking door seal. We laid a towel down to calm the noise. Lastly the hot water was room temp so if made for a chilly shower. I likley will not book a stay at the Wharf again. The sunbird accross the street is by far our best stay that we last book through vrbo.com
