Great Location comfortable beds

We really enjoyed the property! Management was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The location to beach access was great; right across the street, but with that did come road noise. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was more spacious than I was expecting. We had groceries delivered directly to the unit (from Walmart), as well as beach chairs/umbrellas from a local vendor. I would stay again!

Our First Stay in 30A

This was our first visit to the 30A area - will definitely visit again. Unit is close to the beach & beach access (in our area, we call this "2nd Row" - across the street from oceanfront units). Beach access is less than a block away. Pool is small but OK. Very peaceful area. Bike-able to both Aly & Rosemary Beach areas for shopping & dining. Easy drive to other areas for more shopping & restaurants. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay

This was our first time in Seacrest Beach and we enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the washer not working prior to arrival but it was fixed the next day before dinner. They let us check in as soon as the property was available. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but we enjoyed it. However there was a bit confusion on the beach. We were given a beach access code right in front of the property when you cross a street. However when we got there we did walk pretty far away from a PRIVATE BEACH AREA for the property right in front of the beach. We were told that area was only for the people that are staying in the properties front of the beach. It was a bit of walk and we wished we were informed when booking in little bit more detail from the property.

We have been staying on 30A for over 5 years. This is one of the best locations we've ever had. Beach was is right across the street and not busy at all.

Great beach house steps from the water.

Had a fabulous time staying here. Easy to get to the beach. Umbrellas available for purchase at deeded beach access. Public access a block away for those wanting to use a tent. Overall a great wxperience.

Kind of disappointed

We kind of felt disappointed in our stay and felt the description took logs of liberties. The pool is very small and we were under the impression we had beach access. What it gives you is a code to get through a gate for a private beach, but then you have to walk down the beach half a block and you are harassed by beach people to stay on your side of the pole and they insult you and call you names. Also, we were kind of disappointed in the layout, having to carry everything upstairs and our air conditioning was poor on the top floor. The maintenance man came in and checked the filters, I guess whomever stayed there before had complained. We won't return to this property.

Great property, great location!

Our family loved staying here. The property fit our needs just as advertised. Clean, comfortable beds. Great location. Ample room for everyone - including bathrooms. The location is perfect and the Private beach access was easy and appreciated. Other beaches can get pretty crowded, so the privacy was nice. Our only constructive feedback is that there were limited cleaning supplies (no dish soap, only 2-3 trash bags, limited toilet paper). So if you can bring extras with you, you'll be glad that you did. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Wonderful!

Location is very close to beach which was great! Also, convenient access to Alys and Rosemary beaches. The house was clean & accommodated our family of 5 adults very well. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Nice upper deck with dining furniture to eat outside. Pool was small but we prefer ocean so not an issue for us. Property manager sent us all we needed to know via text on our day of arrival-very easy process! We would stay here again!

Great Home!

This was a beautiful property just a short walk to the beach. Check in delayed because our code didn't work. After two additional attempts, we finally gained access. We also had a problem with the code for the bicycles. Response time for this was a little slow, but problem was eventually resolved. There seemed to be a little confusion over who we should turn to as our property manager, flip flopping between two agents. but both were very professional and responsive. Something left in the unit outlining the check out procedure would be helpful as we were told two different ways to treat the linens, but overall this was a perfect girls' weekend. Would definitely book this property again.

Great proximity to the beach! Lovely screen porch.

We loved this property’s proximity to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great to be close to Rosemary and Seaside without being in the middle of the crowds.
