Our family had a great time in Panama City Beach! We enjoyed the hot tub within the Splash Resort and great access to the family friendly beach. There is a box labeled, "Take a Toy, leave a toy" and all the kids had new choices each day for toys on the beach. Splash resort is very clean with friendly staff. The view from this unit is great! The balcony was a great place to hung out. We even witnessed a marriage proposal on the beach. As far as the unit, it gave us a place to lay our heads after all our fun. I recommend bringing your own beach towels to the unit for use at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was convenient to most of the places and things we wanted to do. While the inside was clean and functional for our needs, I hope the owner replaces the chairs/pads on the balcony as they are clearly not really clean/usable.

Overall the resort is great for kids and the condo was clean and as pictured. Rameesh responded quickly to concerns (for example the sliding glass door was very hard to open and he sent maintenance workers). Unfortunately the door came off the tracks the day before we left. Sounds like he also paid for the bird droppings to be removed from the balcony but unfortunately they were not, there was lots of bird poops and two of the balcony chairs were not usable because of this. We still had a great stay and would recommend as long as door gets fixed and balcony is cleaned.

Property was great! Kids loved the beachfront, lazy river, hot tub and pools. It’s easy to access, over all the property is very clean and the staff are friendly. Room itself was good. Inside was clean, and space was as described. Porch was not really usable bc of all the birds and bird droppings. Garbage disposal didn’t work and just outside the door smelled heavily of trash. We would stay at the resort again, but we would probably go with a different room.

It was very eclectic and they utilized the space very well. It looks a little smaller when you are inside but at the end of the day it was as much space as we needed. Our two young girls spent most nights in the bunk beds but the option of a pull out couch was great to have. Check in was pretty painless and check out was simple. When we arrived there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew but after I sent a message to the owner, he got a crew out very quickly to clean everything up.

We had a great time the condo was very clean and had what we needed , we stayed a week the pools and water park was really nice the kids loved it, it’s not real big but enough for young kids. It was nice to have 2 chairs and umbrella out at the beach that comes with the condo. Just down the street is a Winn Dixie and they also have carts in garage for getting your things to the condo. Overall it was awesome and would absolutely come again.

Great vacation

We stayed for the week of July 4th. The condo had everything we could need. They had several pools. My kids really enjoyed all of the amenities. They have a restaurant that was awesome and super friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

Great family resort

This resort is very family friendly and easy to navigate. The walkover bridge from parking into the lobby was very convenient, especially when coming back with groceries. There was a wait for elevator use at high traffic times. The room itself was laid out well, had a spacious balcony, and had all of the items we needed for our stay. Getting access to the beach chairs was extremely easy as well. Wonderful property!
