This is an AI manage property. If you have a problem, you’re never gonna talk to a person. This house was heavily remodeled, and has been listed for Sale more than once - unsuccessfully. The owners are trying to recover their investment by managing the property as an Airbnb in the cheapest way possible. Any of the add-ons have to be ordered before you arrive. Any hope of getting to the property, assessing it and making changes accordingly is impossible. The property was clean, it does have a pool, there’s plenty of parking, and the appliances are new in modern. The bathroom fixtures are new, but the workmanship on some of the remodeling is subpar - a toilet that wasn’t properly fixed to the floor, bad water, pressure, bathroom fixtures that were loose, the price was right.
