This beautiful home is located behind gates of Del Web in Sun City. It requires one guest to be 55 or over. It is decorated with the Tommy Bahama style in mind. It offers a huge backyard with private jacuzzi and bbq. 2 bedrooms with dressers and closets and a third room with Queen bed and dresser. 2 baths.
Large Kitchen with Island. Check out Sun City, Palm Desert & see all the amenities, golf courses, pools, tennis, pickle ball, yoga and water aerobics and lap swimming indoors or outside! 2 Restaurants, indoor track, 2 full gym and many exercise classes. 3 clubhouses. Pro shops. Also enjoy the dog parks. And many clubs like sewing, knitting, art and stain glass, to name a few. Close to several Casinos with concerts. Minutes to Coachella. Sun City requires a $25.00 onetime fee to enjoy most extras!

Sun city rental

Needs Some TLC

Home is very nice and big with lots of room and you can't beat the location with it being in Del Web Sun City. Pet friendly was very important and is close to two dog areas. The hardwood floors need to be replaced, seating in the living room needs replaced, W/D are old and ruined our bed sheets. Owners are great and very responsive. Hopefully a few improvements wil be made/updated.

Great location

I was very comfortable in this well located home. Its close to the front gate and main clubhouse. The yard needs some attention ie stumps removed,. The home was well equipped, particularly the kitchen. It could use a Kurig or better coffee pot. Ellen the owner was pleasant

First time in Sun City

We've visited the desert several times, first time in Sun City. Very conveniently located to everything. The home is very nice, large, quite private and quiet. Everything worked, no surprises. Owner responds quickly to any inquiries. Our visit was marred by an accident that my wife suffered but not related in any way to the property. All in all a thumbs up.

A rare find in the Sun City homes to have three proper bedrooms .During this time of pandemic and travel restrictions an extremely fair cancellation policy. A treat to have a large green garden with fruit trees. There was a glitch with a door code on arrival and owners were extremely responsive in sorting it out and continued to check on how we were settling in. The Sun City community has fantastic recreation and social activties
