Super Responsive Host to a Home with a Few Issues

The listing was accurate, and the neighborhood is quiet with a great view. We had a few issues with the hot tub being poorly maintained and mice in the house. The host was great and promptly got folks out the same day but it would have been better to not have to had issues in the first place.

Booked this house to celebrate my 40th birthday with my husband and friends. Everyone absolutely loved the house. We had the best time. The property management company was quick to respond any time I messaged them. The stay was worth every penny.

Perfect getaway for 2 famililes

Me and my buddy wanted to go away for Memorial Weekend and chose this spot to bring both of our families. I chose this spot because it looked like it had a lot of amenities because we were hoping not to really leave the house for the majority of our stay. I'm so glad we chose this spot because there were so many things to do. We definitely utilized the pool, ping pong table, and movie room the most. The internet was fast enough to handle all of the children who spent the evenings gaming or streaming movies. We had 9 to our party and pretty sure it could have easily handled more. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house

We stayed for a weekend and it was a great house. The management company was super helpful (we had trouble figuring out the remote - it was easy to use we were just being dumb, and a beeping went off at one point because of heat from the stove) and the management company responded immediately to our questions. Great place

very nice view, great location, some improvements needed! pool was not warm enough, you have to check out on time, asked for one hour delay and told will be charge involved, main area is bit small, over all is good vacation property.

50th Anniversary

We chose this lovely home for a family gathering to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had 10 adults and one child and honestly there was plenty of room for everyone. There are so many sitting areas for reading, games, naps and conversation. The pool is lovely, gets the morning sun and even in November was warm enough for swimming. Simply stunning!

First time VRBO experience

This was my first time using a VRBO and I could not have a picked a more perfect property and perfect host. Everything from the property to the amenities to the service made this a truly memorable celebration for my husband's birthday. We even got a recommendation for a personal chef to come cook for us during our stay which was an amazing treat. This property will be on our list for an annual visit.

Perfect spot for a spring break getaway with friends

Entertainment for all! We didn’t even get to the pool table, but the music was always on all over the house, ping pong games between kids, adults and kids vs parents, pool Olympics, putting competitions . . . and then we settled down into super-comfortable beds after watching a movie in the bunk room. What a great spot!

Family Vacation!

The pictures do not do this property justice! STUNNING! We had an amazing experience renting this home from the start. Jen was prompt to answer any questions we had and made the rental and payment experience seamless, as well as providing us with plenty of information on the area. Check in was super easy as well and management was prompt to check in with us to make sure we were settled in and not in need of anything as well as being available by text if we had questions. The house lent itself nicely to our group, having lots of space to spread out and plenty of toys and things to do. The ONLY negative comment I have was not being apprised of the construction taking place across the street. I know this is out of the owners control but still feel it would have been nice to have been told. Would definitely rent this property again as well as any property represented by this group as I thought they were fantatic.

Holiday with extended family!

Spent week with my kids (age 13-21), my sister and my 80 year old parents. Great property. So much out door space, beautiful views, activities around house awesome (ping pong, pool, table shuffle board) . Location wonderful could get quickly to town , food out, Joshua tree and hiking. Management very helpful at setting up chef and massages at the house. Highly recommend!!!

One of our favorite family vacations to date!

We vacationed with our adult children and their spouses/boyfriends. Everyone agreed that The Summit is absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning. We spent a lot of time in the gorgeous pool and relaxing in the many sitting areas outdoors. Everyone enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and the putting green. In the evenings we would gather in the movie theater room for a movie. The décor was done to perfection and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house comes well equipped with everything you need. We made dinner reservations for half of our trip ahead of time and on the other nights, each couple cooked or ordered in food for the group. The dinning room and outdoor dinning area was a perfect place to gather to eat. We recommend The Summit to anyone! We all agreed this was our all-time favorite vacation home!
