Our room had dirty glasses on window sill, housekeeping walked into our room, vacuum was broken, one cabinet door was barely hanging on, pool was filled with hair and bugs. Maybe they are lacking staff to maintain the property, but it was a terrible experience, and our first time staying here. Also sprinklers behind our room were left on 8 hours and we had to call to tell them to turn them off as it was flooding lawn.
We liked the many pool options. And since there were so many it didn't feel as crowed as other places despite being there during Spring Break. Family Friendly too. Enjoyed renting bikes and riding around the resort also enjoyed the activities and games for kids.
Property and surrounding area is beautiful. Condo was well appointed, updated.
Excellent facility in every respect
Absolutely everything about the property is amazing. It’s gated, checkin was smooth, parking is safe and easy. Our only challenge was our bed definitely had bed bugs.
The Desert Springs Villas II was great. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio looking at the amazing golf course. The condo was so clean and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay again.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was pleasant and very helpful and the grounds were immaculate. Our villa was fully equipped with everything we need (utensils, glasses, mugs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster). We can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend the Marriott Desert Springs, but especially the villas.
The property staff was excellent. The property is located to many restaurants and has nice pools and walking areas.
It is not very pretty for walkers. The golf course is inaccessible to walkers. The only alternative is walking along the road that winds through the property. There is very little greenery along the road.
Beautiful setting. Well kept. Service was excellent.
I had a special request to have a room near another family members room but that request was ignored or not responded to via the Orbitz send a message option
We checked in and went to our villa. When we walked in a horrible smell hit us in the face! And there was a hug
This place was amazing!! My twin 10 year olds and I traveled to Palm Desert for a soccer tournament and so glad we chose to stay at the Marriot. The rooms were spacious, bed was so comfortable, big bathroom , and very clean. Best part was a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make food/snacks. The resort itself is breathtaking with the mountain views and incredible landscapes! The 7 pools and all the activities for kids was a plus too!! Definitely want to go back and vacation there again!
Everything was perfect, except really early checkout
Everything was great, clean amazing location. Food was good
Felt like home. We will be taking our grand children with us next time.
