I had a great experience from the moment of checking in thru checking out. I definitely will be staying again

Very pleasant and helpful front desk, beautifully decorated lobby and outdoor spaces.

My husband & I spent a few days at this hotel when visiting Palm Springs. The room & hotel were clean and well-kept. It was also close to everything. We'd definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in, good size room with nice furnishings(Palm Springs vibe).Very nice grounds(even had some grass around the pool) Great staff the young lady at the front desk in the mornings always had a smile on her face and super friendly. 1 big hot tub and on the other side a smaller hot tub and pool. You are near a road so you do get some road noise. Only real complaint was the AC was loud and wish the pool opened earlier.Needed a key to get into guestroom areas so nice and safe. Very close to everything downtown. Would go back for sure but might get one with a kitchen next time.

Great place! Nice, clean staff is great. I totally recommend great price in downtown. Will definitely stay there again.

I saw a big "bed bug" crawling on the bed while sleeping there. One seen, hundreds are hidden. Done deal!!! That kept me awake the whole night.....worrying.

This was a great bargain for the summer. The hotel was experiencing some construction so parking was somewhat tight. Check in was efficient, the room was very nice, with a comfortable bed and couch. The room doors were open glass doors, but there were ample curtains to black out light and maintain privacy.

Upon arrival we were greeting by two really nice front desk agents. There were cookies and ice cold cucumber water available in the lobby, which I thought was a nice touch. As soon as we got to our room we noticed a problem with our air conditioner, but that was taken care of right away and we were moved to another room that had a full kitchen! The rooms are very cute! I love the bright colors and artsy decor. The grounds are clean & well kept, there was a really nice outdoor patio area that was so inviting! This hotel reminded me so much of another popular Palm Springs hotel that I've stayed at minus the loud obnoxious guests and the sky high rates! The only problem we encountered was the parking. There isn't enough, and one night we got back to the hotel so late that there wasn't even parking on the street. We ended up parking illegally and I was very worried that there'd be an issue, luckily there was not. Aside from that I'm looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was good. Not perfect, but good.

I do not have any negative things about this place. It was a very great stay. It is odd that there was was a very nice big screen tv and no cable. Barely even free to air stations.

Staff was excellent. Rooms were very clean. Water, coffee and tea available all day in the office. Heated swimming pool perfect temperature.

I found this motel to be a very nice boutique motel. The grounds were beautiful, great pool, spa area and lovely sitting areas. Location is good if you want to be in Palm Springs. Super good restaurant 2 min from motel called Johns. Excellent food! The room was nice and spacious. The room could have used a few updates and walls were paper thin, if someone next to you was there, you could hear the tv and talking. The bathroom was clean, towels were very rough but large. Staff was very helpful and efficient. All in all a nice motel.

Nice reworked hotel....nothing really bad to say.....landscaping needs to be replaced with desert plantings. ..would give a cooler look to the place.....only issue...don't get a ground floor room....and especially if there is a family above you.....could hear everything.....other than that....great location/ friendly staff....oh cleaning oh rooms...work on detail cleaning. ..toothpaste left on the wall from previous guest....

I had 2 days in business in Palm Springs and chose to stay at this hotel. Very open and with a really nice courtyard. Clean and the staff was fantastic, could not be better. The negative points are: Not good internet connection in all rooms, so if you are working, that might be a problem. Also I had no hot water to shower. Even at 90 degrees I need warm water to shower. If they make those improvements ir will be the best place in town.

It matched pretty well to what has been stated in the website. I am very pleased with the staff, cleanliness, amenities and location. It has two pools as well which i didn't quite used but they look stunning from outside.

I love staying at this resort location. I walk everywhere, even to the World's Gym which is quite a hike. The rooms have always been quite clean except for one stay when the bathroom was not quite up to their usual standards. A discussion at the front desk fixed the issues. The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool areas seem to have upgrades each time I stay. Palm Canyon's fun shops have been moving closer and closer to this neighborhood. Several fine restaurants are within comfortable walking distance if not attempted during the heat of the afternoon. For the value The 7 Springs has become my home away from home when visiting PSCA.

Hotel was great! Close to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Not really what some of the other reviews said. Room is outdated and an 80's feel to it. Very nice bed and pool area though!

We stayed there one night because we have family living in Palm Springs. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice décor. Definitely will return!

This place was truly top of the line. For the price I got it for. I fell in love I got a really nice room very spacious had it all. Couldn't ask for more. It was totally 5 star quality and the pool and spa were great little fire pits were cute as well. The service by the staff was awesome I would definitely return again.
