The room code would not work, once we got in found trash in to room, went back to complain and we were told they had no one to clean the room and no other room was available. They told us they would refund the money, but then refused to.

The tiny home appeared fairly new and fairly clean except for the tiny coffee pot I had to clean. Someone had used a coffee pod and overran it. The coffee pod was still inside the coffee pot along with a million grounds. I had to clean out the coffee pot before I could even use it. In our unit, once you open the door, the end of the bed is right there and the refrigerator and counter is across from the bed, making the walkway very narrow. There was a closet to put our luggage but no rack to set mine on so it had to be on the floor. There was a loft with 2 small mattresses that we did not use. We did use the laundry facilities and I wish they had an ice machine. It appears they are remodeling the facility area but it seemed a mess and untidy. However, It was okay for just 1 night.
The corner of the bed is right inside the door.
There was no shelf in the shower to put our items on.
The loft- didn’t use.

I checked in 8:30pm and was looking forward to a nice shower before turning after a long drive from hiking at Bryce. Needless to say, I had no hot water none zilch even standing there what felt like 1hr for my shower. 😩😬😭 What also a little disappointment is no desk not even a small one to do some work and wifi signal was super weak. It dropped in and out. 3.5 stars is a little generous I think.

Property is away from roadway and very quiet. Not busy like uptown Page. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to my friends and family. ❤️

The room smelled wonderfully of wood and felt very clean. It was small but very charming. However, there was no table, so it might be a bit inconvenient to eat in the room. I didn't realize this when I booked, but it wasn't until I got into the room that I realized it was connected to the next room. I booked this hotel because I hated the thin walls of older hotels and the noise and voices from the neighboring rooms. However, it seemed like the room was only connected to the next room by a single wall, and the voices, shower noise, and exhaust fan noise from the neighboring rooms were loud and uncomfortable. The high-speed Wi-Fi connection in my room was poor, and it kept disconnecting no matter how many times I tried. There was a large TV, but it didn't work. It was disappointing.

My kids loved staying here, in a tiny house. The internet was spotty and the tv did not connect but the point of the trip was to disconnect so this was actually a positive! Very clean…loved the auto lock feature on the door.

No wifi in the room. Extremely tiny, smaller than some of the RVs we stayed (not a huge concern compared to the rest) There is no curtains on the top windows, woke us up at 5am. There is lingering wood or paint ordor in the room given it's newly built. When you first got in the room you can smell it. We went to checkin at 3:30pm when already past the standard checkin time at 3, while the staff told us the room would be ready in 20 mins, so we went for a walk for an hour, came back at 4:30, but we were told they were still working on cleaning the other rooms and didn't have a chance to clean ours. The staff said something about "charging us extra $30 for cleaning fee, and if we are willing to wait for the room to be ready, this can be waived" which feels like a total scam, and no Sorry or anything. We waited anyway until the room was finally ready at 5pm. I read about negative comments regarding the poor Internet and service written back in March early this year, and I was hoping they could work on addressing those concerns by the time we stayed here in May. Unfortunately I didn't see any improvement during my stay.
