Check in and out is very simple and Hong did a good job of providing the information we needed for our stay. It's a good location to explore the coast from, and the rates are reasonable. The kitchen is adequate, but if you plan on cooking, bring a measuring cup and a pot holder, as they are not provided. Also bring your own condiments and spices including salt and pepper, if you're going to need them. There are four basic place settings and some glasses. It's not, however, a good choice for larger people. To call the bedroom cozy would be very generous. My partner and I are 200lbs+, and found that the bedroom was very cramped, as was the bed. The full mattress fits the room with barely enough room to walk around it. Also, although the mattress was of good quality, the bed frame was very tall, making it difficult to get on the bed. My partner has a bum knee and getting in and out of bed was painful. If you're in good shape, this probably won't be an issue for you. For the price, it's a decent value.

The host was very friendly and responsible. We had couple minor issues but the host resolved them as soon as they can. The only thing is the hot water. We had to have a cold shower at night. Do not use too much hot water if you want to take a hot shower.
