Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Great after-Christmas family getaway

We loved the Chill Out Cottage! All was clean, new, and nice. The cottage had everything we needed for a home base for our time in Pacific City.

Clean, quiet

I would definitely recommend this rental! Everything was perfect and I have zero complaints. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. House was sparkling clean. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Property manager was polite and friendly! We saw deer several times in the neighborhood. Not too far of a drive to get coffee, ice cream, eat dinner, hang out at the beach or get groceries.

My partner and I stayed for 4 days and it was lovely! Only a few down sides: Found a nose piercing on the bathroom counter..... The top of the dryer is a bit dirty And there was toys and a rock under the couch? The only reason we noticed because we lost my phone in the couch. But other than that it was perfect! Would definitely come again!
