Our party of 10 was very comfortable in this home. The beds were extremely comfortable, parking was great. The home was clean and ready for us. We have stayed at this home two times now and we will definitely be back.

We rented this house to host my husbands family to celebrate his birthday this year. We have stayed in Pacific City many times before and as always it didn’t disappoint! This house was a great fit for our family! The massive sectional and sofa fit everyone comfortably, it was great to have a hot tub, and the kitchen was huge. The master bedroom was amazingly big and the double shower in the bathroom was nice! We had a few questions and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again in the future!

It was perfect for our large family. Everyone had enough space when we all wanted to be in the large kitchen and family room and also had privacy with so many bedrooms. We walked to the Brewery and beach multiple times and cooked large meals. Check in and out was easy and the instructions were super clear. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Pacific City! What a cute little place, interesting local history & touristy stuff to do all over!Beautiful, large house, all the beds were súper comfy, plenty of towels provided. Make sure to bring your own coffee - though several coffee makers are available.The gas fireplace is super cozy, the large, open kitchen is great for gathering while preparing & enjoying meals together.As with most new construction these days, the house is on a very small lot with no privacy fence & neighboring houses all very close by. The hot tub is basically in the driveway & fully exposed to the famous Oregon coast wind- a simple wind-break would go a long way to making it much easier to enjoy.

It was a great place and accommodated a bigger group. Very nice location close to the beach. It did have some holes in the walls, broken outdoor furniture and missing toilet paper holder but we still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This home was just right for our family vacation. The spacious layout made it possible for early-risers to have coffee and chat while others were still enjoying a good sleep. The neighborhood was quiet, and the walk to the beach and brewpub was quick and easy. When we had a question about the hot tub, our host responded quickly and offered a helpful solution. All in all it was a wonderful vacation, and we will be recommending this house to our friends!

If you have a large group, 13 of us, and want a comfortable fit, this is the place! We all fit very well. In a mixed crowd, that speaks loudly to me. Three generations had plenty of room, peace & quiet if you want it, or loud game time! I was impressed with the quiet stairs because you could go anywhere in the house at any time, and not disturb a soul. even if everyone else is asleep! That includes going in the hot tub, which was big enough for a fun crowd. Plenty of towels was big, too. Things, of course, were different from my home, but I was able to do everything I wanted just fine. Make the same meals and so on...The proximity to everything Pacific City is really good, too. Multiple ways to get to the beach or just go for walks. Several good restaurants and stores within walking distance, too. The one coffee shop, right at the beach, was open early, cram packed with people, and was super efficient getting drinks and goodies out.Next time we need a large place that actually makes a vacation a vacation, we will book here again! We all had nothing but great fun! Thank You so much!!
