Trip to visit family. This was a very clean, quiet hotel. It was much better than we expected. Check in and out was smooth. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
I've stayed here twice in the past month or so and have had a nice experience both times. The check in process is easy and the staff is nice. I like that the rooms have a chair/couch so I don't have to sit on the bed when I'm relaxing at the end of the day. It's a pretty standard hotel and hotel experience. FYI, turning left out of this place is an absolute nightmare. It's best to turn right and make a U-turn at the next intersection. US 41 is the main thoroughfare and is always busy, so crossing traffic is a challenge.

The room I had smelled a little odd and the tub drained much slower than the shower ran. The water pressure was too low to use the massage head in the shower. The person that checked me in refused to add my priority club to my room because I booked through the "O" travel site.

THE LOCATION WAS NOT GOOD. CLEANLINESS WAS GOOD. DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I COULDN'T FIND A WHIRLPOOL ROOM. OVER ALL I WAS SOMEWHAT SATISFIED.

Checking in and out was fast and easy. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean and very comfortable. We loved the rotating tv, but it would have been nice if there had been a movie rental channel. At least the hotel was located near several gas stations, making it very easy to fill up and hit the road again.

I was able to relax and unwind from the chaos at HOliday world while the kids went to the pool. The only thing that would have made the trip perfect is some bacon.

They are quite comfortable. I am sorry you experienced traffic issues upon leaving the hotel. US 41 is a very busy roadway to say the least. We do appreciate you opting in to the Greener Stay program. The reason we slip the DND Greener Stay note under a guest door is to remind the guest they have opted in to not have their room serviced. So many guests simply do not realize or they forget they have chosen this option and then question why their room was not serviced during their stay. We have found this helps tremendously.
