No one at front desk. A monitor with a zoom connection. I couldnt understand the person on the other end very well. Issues were difficult to resolve. Other guests seemed sketchy someone dumped trash in the back of my pickup during my stay. Room was clean. Everything worked.

Well the outside looked rough, maybe they were remodeling. So I was pretty concerned. The room itself was updated and clean but there were some issues. 1) the hot tub was not the one in the picture and it had a slow leak into the floor. Like water seeped out of the hot tub into the floor around the hot tub and accumulated to 1/8" deep at least 2) no microwave in the room despite the online saying there was 3) no staff really. Check in was with someone in India who speaks to you through a kiosk. I guess that's ok, but pretty impersonal and didn't leave you feeling great. 4) and this was a huge issue. The door between our room and the next was a regular for with a turn lock. We were able to walk right into the next room and if they had the key on the other side they could do the same. Scary! Even more so if we had been in the next room with NO way to lock the door to keep the people in the next room out. There was no lock on that side!!!!

I received a dirty room. They moved me to another room, which was also dirty. I asked for a refund, no refund. So I just left and I had to eat the hundred bucks. I was polite, all they had to do was go clean the room. But after two dirty bathtubs and stains on the linens. I was over it. There’s a reason why it’s one of the cheapest places on the strip.

the hotel rooms were renovated and clean but the outside area condition was poor. the check in is weird with only computer screen and person talking. the card for your room comes out of machine. just found that odd. climate scary with poor lighting in parking lot.

Good place to stay for the night while passing through. We had a small pup with us. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. All was good except for the idiot next door who left his dog in the room to cry and bark incessantly since 6am. Asked the front desk to do something, which they did not. We left earlier than planned because of this poor dog.

The inside of the main building is small but nice and it looks like it was newly renovated. There is a huge screen when you walk in with an employee on screen ready to check you in. Different way to do that. The exterior still looks a little beaten up with boards covering some doors. The inside of the room was nice but there were a few things I noticed: Stains on the bedding, it seemed like there was just a top sheet for the bed, the bathroom door screeched loudly when opened. Not great for a midnight pee with my spouse. No instructions or guide (list of channels) for the tv. There was loud traffic outside the door and the curtains allowed for shadows of people walking by to dance across the wall…very distracting. The breakfast was small. It was nice for the one night we needed it.
