Hermoso Overland Park Home-Large cercado en el patio trasero y garaje para dos automóviles

Nuestra casa está ubicada cerca de las autopistas y del centro de Overland Park. Es una casa privada completa con tres dormitorios y dos baños. Hemos trabajado con un decorador para que esté actualizado y hermoso. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos GE y un área de lavandería fuera del comedor. La cocina conduce al patio trasero con una gran terraza y patio trasero cercado. La sala de estar tiene techos abovedados con una chimenea de vidrio y una gran televisión inteligente arriba. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King con un colchón con cubierta tipo almohada y gel de memoria para mayor comodidad. También tiene una ducha principal y baño dentro del dormitorio principal. Tiene una televisión inteligente de 43 ". El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen con colchón tipo pillow-top y también tiene su propia televisión de 43 ". El tercer dormitorio se llama nuestra habitación con literas, que cuenta con una cama litera de metal completa.
La casa Farley tiene un garaje para dos autos más un área de juego adicional en la planta baja para los niños con una mesa de billar más antigua. Pueden practicar sus movimientos de juego de grupo, ya que es necesario volver a colocarlos. No hemos decidido si esto no es más perfecto para los más jóvenes por ahora o si lo vuelven a crear o los adultos mayores / niños que lo tratarían mejor.

Estamos a media cuadra del Strang Park, que es histórico y un gran parque. Cuenta con dos canchas de tenis, dos medias canchas de baloncesto, un pequeño parque infantil y refugio. Además de un sendero para caminatas en bicicleta de 0.52 millas.

Estamos a una cuadra de la biblioteca central en el condado de Johnson, por lo que si desea alquilar películas o libros gratis, todo lo que necesita es una identificación válida y puede alquilarlos.

The home was very clean and beautiful decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee and tea, and cleaning supplies. Quiet neighborhood that is close to amenities. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location in Beautiful Overland Park

The Farley house is comfortable, Deb does a superior job to make sure your stay will be enjoyable. I appreciate the garage access and that the lawn and gardens are well-kept, a rarity these days, making time there even more pleasant!

Sweet Spot in Overland Park

We had a great stay at this property. It provided all the comforts of home, and it is a great location. It’s convenient for running around in Overland Park and downtown KCMO. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our needs. We cooked a full Christmas dinner there. We also appreciated being able to use the garage for our rental car as the weather was cold. They wash all the bedding used each time and the house was clean, the laundry useful, the coffee options (Keurig or drip) appreciated, and it has a nice big back yard. Glass recycling around the corner at the library and other recycling in the normal house bin. There is a great park within easy walking distance. The owner was very kind, responsive, and communicated clearly. We appreciated the extra care and would stay again.

Terrific Stay!

The property felt like home. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds and linens were amazing and the cookware was high quality. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint with families walking their dogs and pushing strollers. It was the perfect stay for our trip and if we are in the area again we will certainly book again.

Our stay

Overall we loved this home and the beautiful neighborhood. The only small downside is that the one bedroom didn’t have a tv, or fan and the bed was on the smaller side. But overall it was a great home and would tell friends or family to stay there if they came to the area!

Cute & Clean, Pet Friendly

We loved the home. It had everything we needed for our stay. Cute home, big yard for the dogs and a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Interstate access was minutes away which made it really convenient to get to multiple areas in KC. Debbie was extremely flexible with us which we appreciated. We will definitely be back!
