My family and I recently stayed at this vacation rental, and we were so impressed! The moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and well-maintained the home was. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep.The location couldn't be better. We were just a short walk from the main town area and across the street from the local hot springs, which was a huge plus for us. We also loved that the home was pet-friendly. Our dog had an absolute blast running around and playing in the spacious, fenced-in backyard, which gave us great peace of mind.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, especially if you're traveling with your furry friend!

This house was incredibly clean and was perfect for our outing with 3 grandkids. The location is perfect—right next door to the park, hot springs pool, and all of the Mainstreet restaurants and shops. The fenced yard was perfect for the kids! I’d highly recommend this property!

Sweet little cottage

This was a super cute little old house in a great location. It was right on Main Street, but we didn’t notice any road noise. It was actually a perfect location within walking distance to everything in town.

Perfect location

This property is right on Main Street and was perfect for our family of 4 and two small dogs. It is worth noting that it is a historic property so there is a lot of “old house” charm as well as the creaks and things that come with it. My kids absolutely loved the pac man machine! We were glad to have the fenced back yard for our dogs but we did have to cover one area of the gate where our 20lb dog could have crawled underneath. There was an issue with insects that we made management aware of so hopefully they address that before the next guests. We will definitely come back and stay again!

First trip to Ouray

Beds super comfortable, great location . Loved coffee from front porch in the morning . I read other post about floors in the house . It’s a house over 100 years old , what do you expect . It’s a very comfortable place to stay .

Roomy House in Excellent Location

We have stayed in Ouray many times and this was one of our favorites. Yes, the home is old-it’s on the historic registry-and the decor is a mix of antiques and more current pieces. The best attributes are the location and space to spread out. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

Keep trip

A group of 4 of us stayed at the place in Ouray for a jeep trip. This place was perfect. It’s located right at the edge of Main Street and within walking distance to the businesses. People drive then park in front of the house just to go down town when we just walk. Located next to the park with the pool and hot spring. Private parking in the back. Great place. I would stay here again.

Loved it

This is the second time we stay at this Victorian house in Ouray, Colorado. So we were very happy to be back after 4 years. It is very cozy, quiet despite being on main street. Of course, it is an old house, and if you are looking for the most modern amenities and furniture etc this not it. However, the house has everything we needed, and a lot of space. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the backyard, The house is 2-3 minutes by foot from Ouray Hotsprings and it is on Main street, therefore the stores start just one block south of the house. We would love to be back next year!

Perfect Location

The property is well kept, clean and in a very convenient location. While located on Main Street, it is just south of the busy part of town. it is about two blocks from shopping, restaurants and bars, and two-ish block from the city/community hot springs. The historic house has a great backyard, deck/grill and off-street parking. I would stay here again when I'm back in Ouray.

Perfect spot near Hot Springs and Park

Location was great - walking distance to most everything. We brought our dog and yard was nicely fenced and park was steps away. The house was perfect for the two of us. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a bunk bed with full bottom and single top. Would be good for kids. We would definitely stay here again. We love Ouray!

Overall, a great place to stay. Well equipped and a good location. It would have been nice to receive fewer automatic texts from the management company. Also, it would have been nice to know that it had a standard coffee maker(I hate pods). As a whole, very pleased with the stay.

Nice location. It is priced accordingly for what it is. The furnishings are old and the house is in need of some TLC since several doors do not close. This was our second time to stay at this house. Property management is not very helpful to resolve issues.
