Ottawa Valley Vacation Packages

As soon as we got there, we were greeted by a very nice worker there. I needed information on where to park my car, this gentleman got out of his way to guide us to the parking area. He also took our car information and was already at the front desk. I did not get his name. We felt very welcome there. We will be booking again and I’m referring this hotel to our friends and family.

I needed a place to get a few good hours of sleep before flying the following day. The hotel provided a comfortable bed, fantastic shower (being tall doesn't always equate with a comfortable showering experience but your shower heads are fantastic and HIGH), and very helpful chauffeurs to and from the airport. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic suites. I was able to actually cook my dinner meals as the kitchen was well-appointed. The view from the lounge was great. Staff were fantastically helpful. My only concern was that the area around the hotel was dark and had no foot traffic at night.

I found this property to be unkept. The room was not clean, the linens on the bed smelled horrible and was very rough. The towels were very worn. I have stayed at Marriotts before and never have I had such a poor experience. To be quite honest I found the property to be poorly managed and untidy overall. I will not be staying here ever again.

We were in the Gold section of the hotel and it was quite wonderful. The room designated for food and coffee was above and beyond.
