Decent hotel, rooms were of a reasonable size so you’re not living out of your suitcase like in most hotels in Osaka & Tokyo. Can get a quiet night sleep. Walking distance to supermarket and amenities store. Train station 10 mins walk and has its own shuttle bus to train station. Staff spoke good English

We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : )

Lovely hotel just by Shin-Osaka Station with FREE shuttle bus to hotel from WEST Exit 4 . Great breakfast options for non Japanese and can transfer the breakfast vouchers to fixed lunch menu in lieu.

The room was spacious & clean. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is fantastic with great varieties, Japanese & Western. Shuttle bus service to Shin-Osaka every 15 mins. Have stayed here a few times. Definitely my first choice when in Osaka.
