Great staff, helpful and friendly. Issues with the room design, it is hard to get to bed specially the ones on the floor as you can easily hit your head hard. Lack of adeqaute wardrobe and hangers for four persons. No racks to leave washed dishes in the kichenette. Slow elevator. There are several positive points as well, like the free coffee and nice location close to Namba station.

The property is new and everything is clean and spotless. The room is adequately sized and comfortable for a family of 4. Service staff were attentive and helpful. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Hotel is shiny new and located just steps from Namba Station, Namba City and Namba Parks, making it extremely convenient. Also a short walk to 2 other metro stations, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and all the shopping (and crowds) you could want. Hotel is extremely clean, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, ice water station and 2 vending machines with beverages and snacks, with guidance on how to mix the various beverages into delicious concoctions. Common laundry room is a handy touch. We slept 2 to a bed, although that was a tight fit. Room was a bit larger than expected and had fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle (with free coffee and tea available for the room), a full-width bench and table, large windows that open for fresh air, a strong shower and a separate toilet room. The only thing I would change: the light in the toilet room is on sensor, and if you use it at night the light comes on too bright, there should be a dimmer setting for night time. Otherwise an excellent hotel in an excellent location with an excellent staff!
