📍You will be in a great location. It is located in a great Bela Vida condominium, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, cinema room, games.
🟠This house is 3 minutes from Walmart supermarket and Chick-fil-A which has amazing food for you to try.
🟠You will be close to several restaurants, and only 15 minutes from the Disney parks. It is also located close to amazing outlets and stores: Nike, Ross, Burlington, Marshals, Home Good etc.
The space
🔸This house is very cozy and with comfortable space, pleasant and equipped kitchen, living room with TV and all the channels for you to watch.

🔹 FIRST FLOOR: King bedroom, one bathroom, and the laundry room with washing machine and machine dryer,

🔹SECOND FLOOR: 3 more bedrooms, one master suite, one double bedroom, and one bedroom for children, and one bathroom.

🔹 POOL AREA: Pool, barbecue and a table with chairs for you to relax and enjoy the Orlando climate.

Although this property looks clean, it needs some detailed cleaning done and might i suggest replacing the shower heads because those where looking pretty bad.So ill start with the blood on the downstairs bedroom door seal; I know previous guest have stayed, but if the house is being properly cleaned it would have been seen before we arrived. Next, the handrails where filthy, you could feel it. Lastly, one of the upstairs restrooms shower door needs to fixed, you could barely slide it to open and close. Overall the house is nice, just needs to be maintained better and extra bath tissue.

Amazing villa

We loved our stay in this villa. With my son being autistic is was perfect compared to staying in a hotel. Very spacious. He loved the pool area and it was so peaceful. Beautiful view of the lake too. Ingrid was always so happy to help with any queries we had and always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again

Okay Experience

The property is in a good location, close to lots of supermarkets and decent distance from the parks. The house definitely needs maintenance, there was no enough parking available specifically at night. The pool is small so not a lot of room, didn’t know we have to pay to use the grill until we got the check in instructions so we didn’t use it. It was an okay experience for us.

Vacation time

Property is great host communication is excellent, but there was one major problem. The host said we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet. I thought this did not make sense, so I reached out to the host for clarification and it was confirmed. I was told we had to put the toilet paper in the trash. This was unacceptable, I have OCD. We should have had good plumbing. There was also an issue of where to put the garbage these things should be clearly stated so there would be no issues. These things need to be addressed.

I was very dissappointed in the pool. It looked regular size in the pics. My grandson is nonverbal autistic and loves to swim. The pool is not large enough to really swim. The place needed more towels and wash cloths. We had to buy a batterie for the smoke alarm. No batteries in the remote. No parking had to park across the street. Party went on Saturday night. Beer cans in the parking lot . No security or anyone to call for help. There should be a list of check in and check out procedures. We felt uncomfortable Sat night. Loud cars going very fast in the neighborhood. Party going on. I probably would not stay here again.

Can’t complain much the pool was a little dirty and a light in one of the rooms wasn’t properly installed other then that was a good place 👍 I’m sure if I mentioned these things it would’nt have been a problem to fix but we was busy and away so it really didn’t affect our stay.
